Lunchables unveils new ‘fresh’ products and customers will have to search for them

The aisle offers another option to choose from as lunchables are placed in the grocery aisle.
In partnership with Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc., the lunchtime favorite has now added fresh fruit to its boxes, including pineapples, clementines, grapes and apples.

Since the new offerings are fresh fruit, this means that first-time shoppers have to search the fruit and veg aisle for the product.
The company made the change because it wanted to offer “better options for you” to “keep kids moving forward throughout the day,” Lunchables said in a statement.
According to the company, Lunchables saw a 500 percent increase in social media searches for “fruit and veg lunchables” in the past year alone.
Just in time for the start of the school year, Lunchables with Fresh Fruit is stocking popular Turkey and Ham Cracker Stackers varieties alongside Fresh Del Monte’s favorite fruit offerings.

Fresh Fruit Lunchables offers a delicious and high-protein option for lunch, snacking and beyond.
Shoppers can purchase the new lunchables at select grocery stores in the south-central region of the country.
