ZARA Lackenby-Brown’s brother has revealed the truth about her friendship with Olivia Hawkins.

Eagle-eyed Love Island fans have spotted the couple starring in a music video together and regularly comment on each other’s posts on Instagram.

But neither woman has commented on the fact that they have history – despite competing in a number of series about Tom this week.

Now her brother has finally cleaned up and revealed that they are not friends, but acquaintances who once met on a shoot.

Speaking to Maya Jama on Tonight’s Aftersun, Alex said: “So they were on set together for a music video, but like people do on social media, they’re exchanging messages, making big on each other and stuff like that.

“But no, they didn’t actually know each other before. Everything that unfolded was on TV.”

Zara and Olivia can be seen in unearthed footage for RnB singer Dapz’s Take Me Away music video – lounging in bikinis by the pool amid a house party in the Hollywood Hills.

Zara and Olivia had been fighting for Tom’s attention, but Zara ended things with him tonight after a series of bizarre moves on his part.

The girls engaged in a number of arguments and viewers were convinced there was more to their relationship than meets the eye.

Some fans believed their apparent dislike for each other was because they had separately confessed to having previously dated a pro athlete – and believed it might have been the same guy.
