LOVE Island’s Mitch Taylor and ex Abi Moores sparked romance rumors with a cozy red carpet appearance at The Sun Who Cares Wins Awards.

The former flames were all smiles as they posed for snaps at Camden’s Roundhouse in London this evening.

Mitch, 26, and Abi, 25, who found fame on the ITV2 dating show earlier this year, have certainly had a difficult time during their time in the villa.

But they appear to have put their differences aside to take part in the annual event which celebrates the great work of health and care workers in the UK.

Abi looked amazing in a plunging gold dress with matching heels and a clutch.

She styled her blonde locks into loose waves.

Meanwhile, Mitch wore a checked blue jacket, vest and matching trousers.

When Abi entered the villa as a Casa Amor bombshell, she immediately hit it off with Mitch.

But things took a turn for the worse when she said she wanted to see if there was something between her and Scott.

Then Mitch decided to explore his relationship with Ella Barnes and joined her.

That meant Abi had to team up with Scott and try to figure out if there was anything romantic between them.

Things were very chaotic between the four of them, expressing their opinions about each other’s relationships and getting into heated arguments.

Abi and Scott left as friends just before the finale, while Ella and Mitch left as a couple.

During the Love Island reunion show, Abi branded Mitch a “gaslighter”.

Just last month, Ella and Mitch confirmed they had gone their separate ways.

Last week, Mitch and Abi made themselves comfortable on the red carpet.
