Louie Anderson Dies: Comedian and Emmy Award Winner for Baskets, Dies at 68

Louie Anderson, stand-up comedian, game show host and Emmy Award-winning actor, has passed away at the age of 68 following a battle with cancer.

Anderson was previously diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. As Anderson columnist Glenn Schwartz confirmed to our sister site Limit line, the actor passed away Friday morning at a Las Vegas hospital where he was being treated.
