Long Island medium Theresa Caputo’s daughter Victoria admits she feels ‘helpless’ and ‘struggling’ after giving birth.

VICTORIA Caputo has been open about her struggles as a new mom and has praised other moms for their “strength.”

The Long Island Medium star recently showed off her postpartum body in a candid post.

And now Victoria, 27, offered her candid take on being a new mom and grappling with the less-glamorous side of postpartum pregnancy.

The reality star took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday night to offer words of encouragement to her followers.

The TV personality lay relaxed on her bed, without makeup, as she cuddled her tiny seven-week-old baby Michelina Rose.

Addressing the camera, Victoria said: “Just wanted to say a shout out to all the new moms out there, old moms out there, pregnant women and people planning pregnancy.

“I have such a great appreciation for you all just because I’ve experienced being a new mom, it’s only been seven weeks but some days are a struggle and today is one of those days where you just cry. “

She continued, “Because your emotions and hormones are taking over. It’s also extremely normal but scary because your thoughts and emotions and everything takes over and you feel helpless at times.

“You’re doing your best and you feel like you’re not doing your best, but yet you have this amazing human being and amazing family and friends and everyone who helps you.

“And sometimes even that doesn’t help.”

Victoria added: “But they say it’s getting better, it’s getting easier and I’m just sticking with that motto.

“So that’s for everyone out there who can relate to that, you guys get that.

“You are strong, we are strong, and when you’re feeling this way, it’s always good to have someone to talk to and know you’re not alone,” the new mom concluded.

MOM BODY

Victoria welcomed her baby girl with husband Michael Mastrandrea just before midnight on February 22.

The proud mom recently showed off her post-baby body in a new video just a month after giving birth.

In a clip shared to Instagram, Victoria stunned in a pair of jeans and a white button-up.

She gave fans a glimpse of her post-baby body just weeks after giving birth to their baby girl.

Victoria showed off her outfit and tousled her hair a bit before deciding to add one more item to her ensemble, a colorful $395 Proud denim jacket from WREN + GLORY.

She wrote in the caption: “Fit check. I love my @wrenandglory jacket.”

Many gushed over how amazing the new mom looks, with reality star Brielle Biermann commenting, “So cute!”

Meanwhile, a Long Island Medium fan wrote: “Girls are you sure you just had a baby??!! You’re beautiful.”

Another told Vic: “Ok but you look phenomenal.”

A third said: “You look really good, motherhood looks like it suits you.”

BIG BOYS

Victoria and her husband Michael announced they were expecting their first child in August.

Last month, the new mum went live on Instagram the day after the birth to share the news of her baby’s arrival.

She gave fans a first look at the newborn, as well as some more details about the experience.

The baby was born Tuesday 2/22/22 at 11:47pm and weighed 7 pounds 13 ounces.

Adding that she’s already getting to know her little one, Victoria said: “She likes being swaddled, but she likes stretching her arms.”

She also shared that she thinks her daughter “looks just like Michael” and that she doesn’t see any “resemblance” of herself in her daughter at all.

A few days later, Victoria revealed her newborn’s adorable name as Michelina Rose and shared sweet new photos of her little girl.
