ODESSA, Texas (Nexstar) – We spoke to the local Jewish community about the hostage attack over the weekend in Colleyville, Texas.
Rabbi Parr from the Temple of Beth El in Odessa, 40 minutes from the attack. He received a phone call from his wife that his fellow cleric was being held hostage.
Rabbi Parr shared that the previous attack was often fatal, but from this attack no one in the Jewish community was killed.
“The Jewish community can be positive from a terrorist attack with prayer,” he said. here in the basin. He continues to teach growing kids how to have faith and everything will be fine.
