The Middle East country’s reigning champions have secured Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kante and Jota so far this summer.

Now Saudi TV channel Al Riadja claim that Al-Ittihad is currently negotiating a possible move with Salah’s representatives.

They say they are ready to offer the Egyptian a whopping £155million in wages as part of a two-year deal.

And they added that Liverpool will soon be making a £60m offer for the forward.

Jurgen Klopp has already lost two of his key players to Saudi Arabia this summer window.

Club captain Jordan Henderson has completed his controversial move to Steven Gerrard’s Al-Ettifaq, while fellow midfielder Fabinho has joined Al-Ittihad.

A source close to the player reportedly told Al-Riyadiah: “It’s true. There are negotiations between Mohamed Salah and Saudi club Al-Ittihad.

“The offer has to be attractive for the Egyptian star to play after Saudi Arabia. Salah still has a lot to offer in England.”
