The FA are investigating the incident and the linoleum was kept from officiating one of the weekend games by ref boss Howard Webb.
The investigation is still ongoing and Hatzidakis said he is prepared for any outcome.
He said: “Whatever happens, happens.
“I can’t say more at the moment. I can’t talk about what happened.”
Hatzidakis, 38, faces a lengthy FA ban if found guilty.
Robertson was furious after the incident and appeared to imply he had been caught in the face by the officer.
The Scot is said to have been “apoplectic” while walking down the tunnel after the incident.
