A photo, taken from behind, showed Zach, 32, holding hands with two of his young children, Jackson and Lilah.
Tori captioned the cute pic: “First outing as a family since @zroloff07’s surgery!!”
She confirmed they were at the zoo as she shared an adorable snap of Jackson and Lilah sitting in a wagon with their younger brother Josiah.
Tori shared various pictures of the kids checking out the animals and grinning as they enjoyed the day with their parents.

When they got back home, the brunette uploaded some sweet shots of Zach and Jackson having a good time together.
In one post, Tori revealed that five-year-old Jackson wore his shirt inside out.
And in a separate caption, she confirmed that they are “building a shop” on their land.
In the background was the basic internal structure of a building as several craftsmen laid the foundation for the couple’s latest business venture.

“We’re building a shop!! Sorry I didn’t say that!” Tori told her 1.9 million Instagram followers.
The post comes just a week after Zach found himself in the hospital for emergency brain surgery.
On Thursday, February 9th, Tori opened up to her friends and followers about what had happened.
“Not exactly how we viewed our week,” Tori confessed on Instagram. “Zachary had an emergency shunt revision this morning.”
A shunt is a hollow tube surgically placed in the brain — sometimes in the spine — that helps drain cerebrospinal fluid and “redirect it to another location in the body where it can be reabsorbed,” according to John Hopkins Medicine.
Shunt procedures treat the pressure on the brain — which hydrocephalus could be causing — and help relieve many symptoms, such as: B. Difficulty walking, mild dementia and lack of bladder control.
Tori continued: “It’s been a scary 72 hours but he’s fine and recovering!!”
SAY THANK YOU
Tori then thanked family and friends for their positive thoughts and prayers.
“Thank you everyone for the prayers you have covered us with. We feel them!” she exclaimed. “We are so incredibly blessed by our neurosurgical team and their attention to Zach’s needs!
“Thank you to our friends and family who have all reached out for help. We feel so loved and supported by you.
“Hello also @amyjroloff for holding the fort and playing hide and seek for who knows how many hours.

“I pray here that Zach’s recovery will be quick and easy and that these will be our answered prayers for his migraine relief!
“You’re a bloody bad ass, Zach. You just had brain surgery… and handled it like a rock star. I’m so proud of you.”
