Matt, 61, took to Instagram late Wednesday night and shared a photo of Zach, 32, with two of his children.

The farmer captioned the post: “The family have been in constant touch and communication. We are all praying for Zach as he undergoes an important shunt revision.
“He’s in good hands with Tori, who is doing everything in his power to protect his best interests…all prayers for Zach’s successful recovery,” Matt added.
A shunt is a hollow tube surgically placed in the brain (or occasionally in the spine) to drain cerebrospinal fluid and redirect it to another location in the body where it can be reabsorbed.
Shunt procedures can relieve the pressure on the brain caused by hydrocephalus and relieve symptoms such as difficulty walking, mild dementia, and poor bladder control.

Matt’s 781,000 followers were quick to comment on the post, sending well wishes to Zach and the family.
“Many prayers to Zach and all of you. I hope the surgery goes well and he recovers quickly,” one person wrote.
Another said: “Oh no Zach hope it comes off without a hitch!” and a third person commented, “I’m praying for Zach. Think of Tori and family.”
“Thinking of Matt and all his family!!!” A fourth fan added, while someone else said: “Sending prayers for a safe and successful trial.”

Meanwhile, Matt’s ex-wife, Amy, also confirmed the news on her own Instagram page.
The 60-year-old revealed that she was looking after Zach’s three young children while he and his wife, Tori, stayed in the hospital.
Standing in the kitchen, Amy began her video by telling her 1.5million followers: “Hey everyone, I just wanted to say I’m sorry for breaking my live tomorrow Thursday on all my social media platforms has to be cancelled.
“I love doing them but you know what you need to master for the occasion and I was happy to be able to do that for Zach and Tori.
“I’ll be over here watching the grandkids while Zach and Tori take care of it and…while she can be there for Zach,” Amy continued.
“Zach is in the hospital having surgery so with lots of prayers we hope and wish only the best.
“So if you would like to pray, I would really appreciate it for your family. I firmly believe in the power of prayer and the good Lord answers them,” she added.
FAMILY DISPUTES
It’s no secret that Matt has been embroiled in a nasty feud with his twin sons, Zach and Jeremy, as they were unable to come to a financial agreement over the sale of the family farm.
Last week, The US Sun exclusively revealed that Little People’s patriarch, Big World, took steps to retain control of the farm even after his death.
In a bargain and sale deed obtained exclusively by The US Sun, Matt sold land from Matthew J. Roloff to Matt Roloff Living Trust on June 24, 2022 for a sale price of $0.

The properties are 15.68 acres, 16.60 acres, 91.56 acres and 19.97 acres for a total area of 143.81 acres.
The transfer of the acres to a trust came just weeks after he put 16 acres of the farm up for sale on May 12 for a whopping $4 million.
