FANS have expressed their concern for Jeremy and Audrey Roloff’s daughter Ember after a sad decision was made regarding her schooling method.
The stars of “The Little People, Big World” have been causing a stir for years because of their controversial parenting methods.
Now Jeremy, 33, and Audrey, 32, have added to fans’ concerns by sharing a photo of their six-year-old daughter Ember on her first day of school.
The reality star’s mother was thrilled with her Instagram Stories recently posted a picture of her little girl getting ready for her first day of kindergarten.
Ember sat on a brick ledge, smiling at the camera and showing off her adorable outfit for the occasion.
The little one wore a white floral dress with a white long sleeve shirt underneath, a large white hair bow, pink socks and white Mary Janes.
The little girl grinned brightly as she displayed a bright pink backpack and a large black board to her left.
The sign read: “Ember’s first day of kindergarten.”
Below that, in smaller letters, was the word: “Homeschool.”
The message continued that Ember is “six years old” and “loves alpacas, swimming, playing in the mud, the fair, our family, Aspen, Pine and the chickens.”

The sign added that the little girl wants to be an “artist and bookmaker” when she grows up and that her teacher is “Mommy +.”
However, fans were amazed that the little girl was attending kindergarten over home schooling, as she previously attended preschool at an established institution.
Several took to Reddit to discuss Jeremy and Audrey’s decision to homeschool their oldest child.
“Poor child,” one said curtly, while a second remarked: “I wonder why or what made her do that. You can easily afford private school. I think it’s because they don’t have to get up early and go to school.”
“Didn’t she go to preschool a few years ago? Why homeschool? I see too many people thinking they can do this,” argued a third.
“She deserves a proper education. Very sad,” criticized a fourth.
“The. Poor. Child,” wrote a fifth, while a final complained: “Poor baby. If only she had someone educated to teach her.”
Jeremy and Audrey have been under scrutiny for their parenting methods for years.
Over the weekend, the couple faced criticism again – this time for putting their young daughter in a potentially dangerous situation.
Audrey shared a new video of her husband Jeremy Roloff racing an ATV down the dirt road behind their country home.
While dad was stirring up dirt, six-year-old Ember sat behind him, turned around and waved the camera at her mother.
Jeremy barely kept his eyes on the road and barely kept his hands on the steering wheel as he stared at the surrounding foliage.
But Audrey tried to justify it in the caption: “There are many trips back and forth from Gigi and Dad to our house every day.”
Fans were less interested in their destination and more concerned that little Ember was holding out without a helmet or other visible protection.
“Why isn’t this kid wearing a helmet?” One person begged to know in an online chat room.
Another added: “This looks like quite an incline too, so Ember will tip backwards. Dad has the handlebars to hold on to, but Ember only has Dad’s loose t-shirt to grab.”
A third warned: “This is exactly how children get hurt and killed all the time.”
While a fourth warned: “…If this rolls she’s dead. Why would they even risk that?! It doesn’t matter how slow. That thing would crush her.”
