The TV star took to Instagram on Saturday to share a cryptic post with fans, sparking speculation that she would be moving to Boston.

Jen shared a photo of a blue and white striped diary with the words “make things happen” written in gold on it.

Below, a piece of paper that reads “Boston Children’s Medical Hospital” and Harvard Medical Teaching Hospital can be clearly seen.

She captioned the post: “This one!” Along with the caption #new year #changeisgood #littlecouple #thinkbig #lifeisshort #moretocome #yougotthis #fridayvibes #pediatrician #doctorsofinstagram #momsofinstagram #tweetiatrician. ”

One follower wrote: “Oh my gosh! How surprising! Congratulations and good luck! ”

“Congratulations… Boston is going to be amazing for all of you… so much to see for both Will and zoey! Kudos for you!! ‘ said another fan.

The cryptic post comes as fans have been patiently waiting for the reality TV show’s return since the last episode aired two years ago.

Dedicated viewers have been approached Jen, 47, on social media asked if there would be a new season, fearing that the family series might have been cancelled.

One Instagram user wrote: “Oh my gosh, the kids are growing up so fast! Miss your show so much! ”

While another commented: “Do you guys ever come back on TV?”

Back in September, mother of two tease a new season after sharing a photo next to her husband, Bill Klein.

Jen captioned the post: “Guess who came back, back again.”

Fans then took the TV character’s caption as a key clue that the popular series might be returning soon.

One said: “Please tell me the show is back with Jen!” while another added, “New part? Please!”

A third fan mentioned: “You’ve missed a lot.”

Another said: “Looking forward to a new season!”

However, it is believed that the lack of a new season could be due to the duo costly lawsuit with the manufacturer.
