Listeria outbreak linked to Dole Caesar salad kits kills 2 and sickens at least 17 others prompting mass recall
A LISTERIA outbreak involving Dole Caesar salad kits has left two people dead and at least 17 others sick, prompting a mass recall.
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said 13 of 17 people affected were hospitalized across 13 states.

The recall began in late December and is for products that say “Best if used first” between November 30, 2021, and January 9, 2022.
