LeBron is second in all-time NBA points and recently overtook Magic Johnson on the assists leaderboard.
But debate rages on as to whether James or 1990s icon Michael Jordan is the NBA GOAT.
Over in the NFL, Brady, 45, continues to work wonders and seems to have secured the honor.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner was back on Monday Night Football, clinching victory from the jaws of defeat in Bucs vs. Saints.

Brady’s men were trailing 3:14 in the closing minutes of the contest.
But the former Patriot somehow found a way to conjure up two touchdowns and force an incredible comeback.
It was Brady’s 44th comeback in the fourth quarter, giving him sole ownership of the NFL record he previously shared with Peyton Manning.
LeBron wasted no time in updating his 52.5 million followers on Twitter about Brady’s status as the greatest of all time.
He posted an animated GIF of a baby goat and simply captioned it, “TB14.”
And fans were more than happy to join in the Brady Love-In after another remarkable performance.
One wrote: “Hope people appreciate Brady while he’s still around.”
Another added: “You’re both goats.”
A third said: “Nice to see there’s a sport where everyone agrees who the goat is.”
While a fourth laughed: “Bro tweeted a gif of himself.”
The Buccaneers’ victory propelled them to the top of the NFC South.
And Brady hopes they can carry that momentum into a possible playoff indictment.

He said: “We had a lot of games to the end.
“We won some, lost others, so we are 6-6. We don’t want to be there, but we will keep fighting.”
