‘Last of Us’ star Ashley Johnson files restraining order against his ‘insane’ ex, claiming he has ‘ability to murder’

THE Last Of Us star Ashley Johnson has filed a domestic violence restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Brian Wayne Foster.
Ashley – who plays Ellie’s (Bella Ramsey) mother Anna on the HBO drama – claimed Brian was “distraught” and had the “ability to kill.”
In court documents obtained from The explosionAshley claimed she feared for her life after Brian allegedly carried out “countless” terrorist attacks against her and her family.
The 39-year-old Growing Pains actress accused her ex of having a strangulation device, locking her from security cameras and trying to extort $150,000 from her.
In the weeks leading up to their split last month, Ashley claimed Brian had started “carrying around a case of ammo and a big black bag” after their argument.
She stated in the filing, “When he evicted my house (which is my sole property) on the evening of March 15, 2023, in the presence of the LAPD, he did not take his ammo case and ammo bag.”
“I immediately opened it and found a garotte, a constrictor, and two airsoft guns.”
The actress said she doesn’t feel safe in her own home with her family, claiming Brian is “on the fringes, has the ability to murder and will harm not only me but them as well.”
Ashley then described the “abuse” she allegedly suffered during their relationship.
She claimed Brian also broke windows and gates and “slammed doors” and called her a “stupid useless fucking bitch” and a “fucking cunt”.

The Growing Pains star claimed he is “mentally unstable, in a constant state of mind shift and appears to suffer from mental atrophy, heightened paranoia and an inability to face reality.”
The filing states that police issued an urgent protective order after Brian allegedly attempted to extort $150,000 from Ashley and due to his “history of verbal abuse, his severely confused mind from his addictive drug use and several others.” Reasons”.
Ashley also claimed she was “startled” when Brian allegedly “locked her out of the internet” and changed the password to her security camera system last month.
She said in the filing, “A few weeks earlier, this defendant denied me internet access and access to all of my devices, including my cameras.”
“My mother, family, friends and others contacted me fearing for my life. I was terrified. I left home and stayed with my family.”
She also claimed that it took two and a half years for their longtime relationship to end.
They began dating in 2012 and got engaged in December 2018.
They have two dogs together named Henry and Bullock.


Ashley petitioned the LA County Court to bar Brian from going closer than 500 yards to her home or 100 yards to her dog.
The judge agreed, ordering Brian to stay away from the actress until a formal hearing in June, The Blast reported.
