An NYPD cop who garnered attention after giving a married lieutenant a lap dance on camera has been urged by her loyal followers to open an OnlyFans account.
Vera Mekuli, 27, became an overnight sensation after video of the raunchy incident at a holiday work party last year leaked online.

The “embarrassed” police officer quickly got into hot water when she was forced to apologize for her behavior – only to be suspended six months later for allegedly trying to get in the way of a family member’s arrest.
But despite her bumpy start in life in the police force, which she enlisted in 2021, the cop has amassed an army of Instagram followers following her moves on the dance floor over the past year.
Many have since claimed she could be a millionaire “in months” as eager users asked her to consider an alternative way of making a living.
The latest pleas for racy content follow several snaps of Vera shared on Thursday, in which she posed in a skintight gray dress.
She captioned the photos: “In case you need something to clap in the group chat.”
The model has reportedly accepted cash donations through services like Cashapp and Venmo.
And now, commenters have clamored to urge Vera to open an OnlyFans account.
One person commented, “Just waiting for the OV to drop…until then I’m here for it.”
“She was only supposed to start fans. She will be a millionaire in 6 months,” wrote a second, while a third added, “She would break the internet if she started an OF.”
While a kinky fourth fan added: “Please handcuff me to your bed and do what you like.”
One supporter even suggested that her old NYPD boss, who moved to another precinct after the incident, must live in remorse.
“I’m sure that cop you lapped up dancing has to curse himself for marrying another woman,” they quipped.
VIRAL SENSATION
At the 2021 Christmas party, Mekuli was filmed giving a lap dance to her boss, Nick McGarry, a married lieutenant.
Mekuli later told TMZ that she was the “life of the party” and likes to “have a good time,” but apologized to the lieutenant and his family.
Mekuli says in the video she had “no knowledge” of McGarry’s marriage.
“It was supposed to be fun, shit and giggle, and, you know, I feel like I’ve completely ruined his image as a lieutenant, as a boss,” Mekuli says in the video.
While she “can’t remember” the exact situation before the lap dance, Mekuli said people said, “You’re not going to do this,” so she “took on the challenges.”
“I grabbed the lieutenant, sat him down and pretty much did a lap dance that’s now being seen worldwide.”
Until recently, Mekuli reportedly worked in the city’s 44th Ward, which is located in the Bronx.
She was suspended indefinitely last month after reportedly showing up at a New Jersey police station when her brother-in-law was arrested for alleged drunk driving.
According to the Daily News, her brother-in-law was arrested on May 8 after he was allegedly seen by officers urinating along a highway.
A few hours later, around 2 a.m., Mekuli allegedly ran into the New Jersey State Police post in Totowa, barefoot and smelling of alcohol, according to a police report.

Upon arrival, she asked why the police arrested her brother-in-law and later took out her phone for officers to record while they explained the reasons for his arrest.
“Officer Mekuli immediately began to question the validity of the arrest,” says the police report, available to the media outlet.
