The 17-year-old Alabama used her YouTube channel for her first-ever Q&A video, taking requests from her followers.

Things started off simply, with questions about her as a person, her “dream job” and more.

A few minutes into the video, however, things changed.

Her last question from fans was, “How do you deal with hate at such a young age in this industry?”

Alabama has spoken openly about her haters online, revealing how inconsiderate some have been towards her.

She replied, “I could say a lot of things on that question. The most important thing a person should remember when dealing with hate is that it will never get better unless you make it get better yourself – if you don’t block the hate, it will never get better. People will never stop hating you. It hurts, it does. It’s awful, it’s sad, it’s not fun.”

The teen star continued, “I don’t think anyone should be dealing with this. It’s reality and life, and you put yourself out there to be judged as an influencer, and you let yourself be judged publicly – you, if people don’t agree with you, that’s going to cause hatred. And if people despise you, that will cause hatred. And if people are jealous of you, that will cause hatred. Or simply if they just feel like hating, they will hate. And that’s the sad reality of it.

She advised fans: “The best thing you can do is not get into it and don’t let people know they’re reaching out to you, which they shouldn’t. Protect your peace don’t even let people have the ability to do something you’re crazy don’t let people have the ability to invade your energy. Do not do that.

“You give them what they want and I have to learn that at a very young age and I still struggle with that to this day. It is difficult. It’s mean. It’s not nice, it’s not fun to see things that people say about you that could have been one of your mistakes or sparked something that day.”

Alabama revealed, “I cried at school, I cried in class, I cried at home. I’ve done all this because it’s sad, unhappy and in need of healing itself, just pray for them and you’re praying for their well-being and that’s all you can do.”

Alabama’s comment was screenshotted and posted to a Kardashian-style message board, where fans were divided over the interaction.

Some seemed to agree with the commenter, while others sided with her.

One person commented on the thread and asked, “Why are Kourtney and Travis letting them post these videos?”

Another claimed, “I don’t think anyone pays any attention to what this poor girl is doing and that’s why she looks to strangers.”

A third person suggested, “As much as we HOPE her family will protect her from creeps, they definitely aren’t and never will.”

The government side recommended cannabis “keep away from children”.

According to the website, there are “rules to prevent anyone under the age of 21 from getting cannabis.”
