Travis Barker, 46, posted the Father’s Day wishes on his Instagram story.
Penelope’s card was preceded by another thoughtful greeting from stepson Reign, seven.
He wrote “Dear Travis, Happy Father’s Day” as best he could.
The news was accompanied by a drawing of the Blink 182 drummer with his mother Kourtney, 43.

Nine-year-old Penelope’s card was the next in the rock star’s history.
It read: “You are so so kind and kind. you are so amazing You are the beast…”
It’s a safe guess that Kourtney’s middle child will want to spell “best” in this Father’s Day letter.
She continues, “You are the beast drummer ever,” and again, it’s okay to assume young Penelope wants to write “the best” here, but the beast works just as well in this case.
Penelope ends her note by commenting on the most important thing a father can do: “You make my mother happy!”
She signs the card “Love, Penelope” and adds a drawing of several hearts to the bottom of the page.
DISICK
Kourtney’s ex and father of children Mason, 12, Penelope and Reign, Scott Disick has expressed the exclusion he feels from his family since Kourtney and rock star drummer Travis Barker began dating.
In an episode of the Hulu Original The Kardashians, Scott voiced those feelings of exile to family matriarch Kris Jenner.
Sitting down with the 66-year-old over lunch, the Flip-It Like Disick alum snorted, “You don’t invite me to half the shit you do anymore.”
As her birthday approached, Scott wondered what she was doing to celebrate.
Kris looked uncomfortable as she tried to downplay the celebratory dinner she had planned with the whole family.
“Nobody told me,” he said, disappointed.
Addressing the snub, Scott complained, “When I hear you’re having a little soiree and you’re not thinking of inviting me over, I feel like a complete idiot.”
In a confessional, however, Kris had little understanding.
“I never expected him to be so angry and grow up about it. He just needs to grow up and mature a bit.”
SICK OF DISICK
Later in the same episode, Scott got into a nasty argument with Kendall Jenner, 26.
She stormed off after he clashed about not being invited to her “intimate” birthday party, at which she claimed she didn’t want to make her sister Kourtney “uncomfortable”.
As he continued to argue and talk about her, the model grabbed her food and said, “I’m out, this is so freaking ridiculous.”
As she walked away, she added, “I’m so over that shit Scott, really.”
SCOTT GETS HIS DUES
The Talentless founder wasn’t entirely left out at the Father’s Day celebrations, however, as he appeared with his daughter Penelope in a special Father’s Day TikTok post.
In it, the 9-year-old smiled for the camera as she lip-synced to an audio clip from the animated movie Finding Nemo.
The little one wore an oversized t-shirt with Mickey and Minnie Mouse in love cuddling.
She formed the words, “Hi! I’m Dory.”
Just as Foux’s Sunset Lover song started, Penelope twisted her arms around and began to dance.
Scott, dressed in a black hoodie and matching hat, was standing next to her.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum coordinated his twisting arms with hers and shuffled his bare feet on the floor.
Fans praised Scott, 39, for the cute video and adorable father-daughter dance in a Reddit thread.

One said: “This is so cute. I love dad fashion Scott. This is the best version of him!”
Another fan added: “This is so cute! I’m going to cry!” while a third wrote: “Love Scott with the kids.”
