KOURTNEY Kardashian has grabbed her son Reign’s hand as she takes the wild boy and his sister Penelope to the dentist’s office.
Kardashian fans continued to express their increasing concern over eight-year-old Reign’s wild behavior.

Kourtney, 43, donned an old Grave Digger sweatshirt while taking her two youngest children to brush their teeth.
Green flames were printed on the sweater’s sleeves and torso, while the monster truck’s logo filled the center of the bodice.
She paired the faded long sleeve shirt with baggy black pants and classic black and white Vans.
Kourtney wore her recently cut hair tied back in a low ponytail and rocked designer sunglasses over her eyes.
Reign was still wearing his private school uniform when the mother-of-three escorted him from the dentist in her hometown of Calabasas, California.
He seemed unfazed by the dental exam as he coolly kept one hand in his pocket while Kourtney held the other.

Penelope, 10, walked alongside one of the Poosh founder’s two bodyguards as she came down the stairs from the office.
She too looked like she had just left school, as she wore a deep red polo shirt with a matching tartan skirt.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum shared a snippet of her breakfast toast on a plate that Reign had tagged with her Instagram Stories.
In the reality star’s breakfast photo, she had a simple breakfast consisting of a slice of toast, diced strawberries and what appeared to be a cup of water.

To the side of her pictured plate was a clear vase filled with richly colored red roses.
Everything about the snap was pristine except for the plate pulled down from under her toast.
The Poosh founder’s plate reiterated how mischievous her youngest child’s antics can be at times.
Recently, fans drew attention to Reign’s wild behavior after a clip of him caring for his mother when she was ill resurfaced.
In the clip, which made the rounds on TikTok, a long-haired Reign brought his mother a special drink he concocted to restore her health.
“I made this for my mother. It doesn’t make her sick anymore and it’s in case you’re sick,” Reign captivated in the video.
The founder of Lemme was skeptical about the drink’s ingredients and asked her young son what was in the drink.
Reign admitted he couldn’t remember his recipe but revealed there was milk, water and “all the yummy stuff” his mum would enjoy.
Before taking a sip, the eldest Kardashian sister led the little one back into the room to question her peculiar smell.
“Wait, why does that smell like soap?” she asked softly.
Reign seemed confused by his mother’s question, assuring her that it didn’t taste like it smelled.
The Poosh founder still sounded unsure, which resulted in little Tike throwing his arms in the air.
“Oh my God. She doesn’t believe me,” he said quietly.
Reign then told his mother to “just drink it.”
Fans shared the video in an online thread, although some were more shocked than amused.
“North scares me but I fear Reign,” one person wrote of Kim Kardashian’s nine-year-old daughter.
Another person said: “He wanted to let her drink and he did it with a straight face too. That’s why I don’t trust kids, especially when they’re ‘nice’.”
