KOURTNEY Kardashian showed off her curves in a sheer black shirt as she shaded her sister Kim’s sister Kim’s iconic moment during Khloe’s previous 2007 DUI arrest.

Kourtney, 42, shared a series of behind-the-scenes photos from her Hulu show, The Kardashian family.

The Keeping up with the Kardashians alum rocked a black dress that had a cutout right across her chest.

Her hair is long and has a few small curls.

A little purple eye shadow is added to the bold and bold makeup.

The TV star fell on the white bed, crossed her legs and took another selfie.

As the series continued, Kourtney took a selfie in front of a mirror while the camera crew stood behind her.

Kourtney – who is engaged to Travis Barker46 years old – captioned the post: “Kim, you can stop taking your pictures.

“Your sister is going to prison.”

The KUWTK star is referring to the hilarious 2007 moment that was later aired on the reality show.

SCENE

While in the moving truck to turn around after being arrested for a DUI, Khloe37 years old, called her brother Rob34 years old, and informed him of the situation.

Rob said on the other end of the line: “What are you talking about?”

Khloe said: “What am I talking about?”

Sitting next to Khloe, her mother Kris Jenner66 years old, shouting into the phone: “Your sister is in jail! Have a little mercy!”

Meanwhile, Kim41 years old, always smiling when pointing the camera at her.

Kris got angry at her daughter as she let out a long sigh and said, “Kim, stop taking pictures of me. Your sister is going to jail.”

Kim though doesn’t believe her sister will go to jail.

Khloe then asked her siblings to take pictures of her as she pretended to strangle their mother.

Kris showed no interest in the final image that became a legendary moment in Kardashian history.

THE DUI ARREST

Back in 2007, Khloe was arrested for Drunk driving in California.

While her initial punishment was community service, she was also ordered to complete a course in alcohol.

Despite completing her community service, the TV star also violated the parole order.

Khloe is said to have missed some lessons due to her busy schedule.

The judge in Khloe’s case decided against it and sentenced her to 30 days in prison.

Along with jail time, E! The star will be forced to participate in an alcohol rehab program.

Instead of serving 30 days in prison, Khloe served less than a day, or less than three hours.

The TV character was released due to overcrowding.

A common practice in the prison system, a nonviolent violator is released if space is short.

After her release, Khloe’s representatives made it known to the public that she was ready to serve the sentence.
