Kourtney, 43, captured the snap through the reflective glass in the elevator she was traveling in.
The mother-of-four-to-be wore a long black trench coat over her arms that was left open to show off the ensemble she was wearing.
Kourtney wore a small graphic tee that barely covered her plump pregnant belly and black leggings tucked into her tall black combat boots.
Her hair was pinned up and her skin was makeup free.
The Kardashians star let the photo do the talking, using a unique black heart emoji for the caption.
Kourtney recently flaunted her baby bump when she shared a never-before-seen photo on Instagram in late June after announcing her pregnancy.
She proudly presented her figure while sitting in front of an electric drum kit.
The TV star shared the snap to her Instagram Stories, asking fans what their “favorite clean body care routine is for pregnancy.”

Her followers were quick to pitch their suggestions, which included Weleda products, pure vitamin E oil for “stretch marks and scars,” and Elemis Japanese camellia oil.

She cheekily added, “Thanks for sharing, I won’t tell you my husband’s response.”
Kourtney is married to Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker.
Kourtney has three children with her ex Scott Disick – Mason (13), Penelope (10) and Reign (8).
She gave birth to her last child almost 10 years ago in 2014.
Kourtney announced last weekend that she is pregnant with Travis’ baby for the fourth time.
The businesswoman stunned fans as she held up a giant sign that read, “Travis I’m pregnant.” Blink 182 Concert in Los Angeles, California last month.
The surprising explanation was a nod to Blink’s iconic All The Small Things video, in which a hunky groupie holds up a similar sign while rocking out to the band.
Kourtney’s message brought the performance to a halt as Travis left his drum kit to celebrate with his wife, who was in front of the stage.
The couple snuggled sweetly and kissed while the crowd around them went wild.

Then on Father’s Day, Kourtney showed off her growing baby bump in a sheer bodysuit in a series of cute photos.
In one shot, Travis kissed his stomach, in another, the drummer teasingly hovered his drumsticks over his wife’s stomach.
“Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God’s blessing and plan,” Kourtney captioned the post.
Just days earlier, fans were speculating the couple was pregnant after Kourtney posted footage of a high-carb feast amid pregnancy rumors.
The Hulu celebrity shared two pictures from her fancy dinner, which was a big departure from her usual keto diet.
