KOURTNEY Kardashian has shown off her baby bump for the first time since announcing she is pregnant with her fourth child.
The reality star posted a slideshow of pictures showing her growing belly to Instagram on Sunday.

In them, Kourtney had the camera on her stomach while donning a see-through black top.
She straddled her husband Travis Barker, who leaned his drumsticks against her stomach.
The Poosh founder also shared other close-ups of her cradling her stomach and some of the announcement of her pregnancy.
In her caption, she gushed, “Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God’s blessing and plan.”
Kourtney announced that she was expecting a Blink-182 concert on Friday while holding a sign from the audience.
Travis is the band’s drummer and seemed stunned by the news.
