Kourtney, 44, revealed her slow pace Sunday morning in an Instagram Story post.
She snapped a photo of a Pilates reformer, indicating she had just finished the workout.
The Kardashians star wrote in her accompanying caption, “I’m taking a minute after a peaceful Pilates session to sip my tea and block some negative accounts…”
“Positive vibrations, goodbye to the rest.”
Kourtney announced that she and Travis Barker were expecting their first child together in June.
The Lemme founder has three children — Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8 — with her ex, Scott Disick.
The Blink 182 rocker is now the father of Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17.
So far, the couple has been open about the pregnancy to fans.
KOURTS LÜSSE
Kourtney recently shared her favorite pregnancy wishes on her Instagram Stories.
The mother-of-four-to-be posted a photo of an avocado in a bowl with a small bag of toasted seaweed snacks to help satiate her hunger.
Kourtney captioned her post, “Top snack of the moment, good source of vitamin B12.”
“I’m going to do a @poosh story about my best pregnancy snacks…brb,” added the TV star.
In the next photo, she uploaded a picture of crispy rice treats in a bowl.
A short time later, Kourt added another tidbit that she’s loving right now.
She shared a picture of a cup of tea with a pink straw and lots of ice.
“When I’m pregnant, I rotate four teas, one every day… I’ll share them on @poosh, but today it’s nettle leaf tea (anti-inflammatory),” Kourt said.

Last month, at a Blink 182 concert, Kourtney announced that she was expecting a child with Travis.
Their big reveal was a nod to Blink’s iconic All The Small Things video, which features a hunky groupie holding up the same sign Kourtney held up in the audience while rocking out to the band.
The performance ended when Travis left his drum kit to celebrate with his wife, who stood in front of the stage with her family.
The couple kissed while the crowd around them cheered.
Frontman Mark Hoppus threw the fans into a frenzy and made sure everyone in the stadium knew what was going on as Kourtney and Travis experienced their special moment.
One follower commented on Kourtney’s Instagram post: “This is the cutest idea ever omg.”
Another said: “This is so special – so happy for you both!”
Weeks later, the couple announced the gender of their baby.
Kourtney posted a video on her Instagram feed showing her sitting on Travis’ lap.
The musician started playing while kissing his wife while the crowd cheered and suddenly there was a bang.
Blue string and confetti flew, revealing they are expecting a baby boy.
