Fans have speculated that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum is expecting her first child with Travis.

Kourtney, 42, and Travis, 46, are clearly enjoying their holiday in Italy as they have once again shown how much they like each other.

The famous couple caught some rays on a lounge chair at a hotel, but eventually Kourtney found herself atop Travis while the drummer grabbed her butt.

Kourtney wore a tiny black thong bikini while the musician went shirtless, rocking a pair of shorts.

When not hugging and hugging, they have been seen conversing about something on their phones.

Finally, the two were seen walking side by side as the Hulu star appeared to be covering her stomach with her hands.

All of this comes as fans continue to believe Kourtney may be pregnant, but she’s kept it a secret.

Kourtney already shares three children – sons Mason, 12, and Reign, seven, daughter Penelope, nine – with ex Scott Disick.

Travis is now a father to daughter Alabama, 16, and son Landon, 18, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

The duo previously announced they are trying for a baby, as fans first learned the exciting news when discussed in the emotional trailer for The Kardashians.

In the short clip, Kourtney said in a voiceover, “Travis and I want to have a baby.”

The two were then shown visiting a doctor when they were instructed to “put a sample in this cup”.

In another clip that was released, Kourtney spoke about the effects of IVF on her body.

During her confessional, she said, “Travis and I want to have a baby, so my doctor put us down this route of IVF.”

She added, “It wasn’t the greatest experience.”

Friends of Kourtney and Travis also previously revealed they are considering postponing their wedding due to IVF treatment.

A source said at the time: “She’s now struggling with IVF and all the uncertainty that has forced her to put wedding plans on hold because she just feels like there’s too much going on.

“As fans will see on the show, the IVF journey is difficult and involves a lot of medication and doctor visits. Everything is so uncertain and she now wants to focus all her energies on having a baby.”

VEGAS WEDDING HUMOR

Though Travis and Kourtney haven’t had a full-fledged wedding yet, they did go down the marriage path in Las Vegas in early April.

The two walked down the aisle late just hours after Travis performed at the Grammys.

In true Vegas fashion, Travis and Kourtney arranged for an Elvis Presley impersonator to officiate the wedding, which took place at the One Love Wedding Chapel.

“They paid and they requested Elvis Presley, that was mandatory. I called back 5 minutes later and said I have an Elvis and there they were,” revealed the chapel’s owner, Marty Frierson, at the time.

The ceremony is said to have lasted about 30 minutes and no video was allowed to be taken.

It was previously reported that the stars had a marriage certificate and showed it to the chapel’s owner – they also had a witness.

OFFICIALLY?

However, The Sun later confirmed that Kourtney and Travis had not received a marriage license prior to the Vegas ceremony.

Just weeks after the shocking Sin City nuptials, the pair sparked rumors they’d officially wed during their Milan getaway when the rocker shared photos of a church.

While Travis and Kourtney haven’t revealed whether or not they’re pregnant or whether they’re officially husband and wife, their famous family welcomed a new member earlier this year.

Kourtney’s sister Kylie Jenner gave birth to a son in February – her second child with rapper Travis Scott.

There was also speculation that Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Pete Davidson might be expecting their first child together.
