The Idiot on Blades flew around Parliament Square before being beaten down by police.
Two police officers tried to stop him before he flew down Great George Street and got in the way of the new monarch.
Eight officers guarding the cordoned off streets ahead of the poignant vigil shot up and bundled him to the ground.
Seconds later, the car drove with King Charles III. under armed police escort.
Crowds cheered when the man was handcuffed and dragged away just after 7.30pm.
He stuck out his tongue as he was led away.
King Charles was joined by the Duke of York, Princess Anne and Prince Edward as they stood guard beside the Queen’s coffin at Westminster Hall, where Her Majesty is in state.
The siblings stood guard over their mother, as they did in Scotland earlier this week – in a moving tradition known as the Vigil of the Princes.
On Saturday night, Prince Harry, along with his seven cousins, will hold a poignant vigil around the Queen’s coffin.
He will be flanked by Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, while William will have Zara Tindall and Peter Phillips on either side.
Lady Louise and Viscount Severn will stand at the center of the coffin during the powerful 15 minute vigil.
Princess Kate and Meghan Markle will not attend the somber occasion as their spouses are absent.
It comes as thousands still queue for hours to get past the Queen’s coffin today.

Her Majesty will be buried in a state funeral on Monday to pay tribute to her incredible 70 years of service.
More details on the plans were released yesterday – with the somber occasion starting at 11am at Westminster Abbey.
