THE KARDASHIANS have made a shocking demand on Blac Chyna as they near their trial of the explicit model.

Rob and his ex have been embroiled in a six-year legal battle since their split in 2016.

Now, as the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alumni prepare to go to court, the famous family has made a new demand for their opponent, Blac Chyna, 33.

According to documents uncovered by Radar Online, the Kar Jenner clan has filed a motion demanding that “any conversation or evidence regarding their assets or financial condition should be barred from jury trial.”

The motion also said the mother-of-two would not be allowed to speak out about her financial situation unless “the jury reached a verdict awarding damages.”

The Kardashians alleged that Blac Chyna, known officially as Angela Renée White, planned to present “evidence related to the known fact of the defendants’ assets during the Liability Period.” [Plaintiff’s] intentional interference with the contract claim.

“[Chyna’s] The sole purpose of referring to the defendants’ assets and financial condition is to incite and unduly disadvantage the jury against the defendants,” they claimed.

ROB VS. CHINA

Blac Chyna has sued her ex-Rob for sharing explicit photos of her on social media after their split.

She also has an ax to grind with the TV star’s sisters, as she has claimed the group threatened to halt filming on KUWTK unless their spin-off Rob & Chyna was cancelled.

E! ended up scrapping the show even though it was already in production for a second season, adding to Chyna’s evidence.

The upcoming trial, set to take place later this month, will determine if there is any legitimate reason for Blac Chyna to receive a payout for the missed opportunity.

MONEY MATTERS

However, the Kardashians have denied all claims, claiming that the model has ample income through her other ventures, namely OnlyFans.

The documents shared by Radar say the famous family has denied using their “power and influence” to disrupt Chyna’s contract.

“While it is common knowledge that the defendants achieved financial success through various and varied business endeavors, it is nonetheless true that this is permissible [Chyna] Referring to defendants as ‘billionaires’ or, more generally, to refer to their wealth would tend to inflame the jury’s passion and confuse the issues,” the statement said.

The family has prepared for Blac Chyna to use their wealth to their advantage at the trial, but a judge has yet to rule in Blac Chyna’s favour.

CHYNA’S CLAIMS

Over the weekend, the mother of Rob’s five-year-old daughter, Dream, tweeted a statement about her trial against the Kardashians.

She began: “I plan to return my attention to my trial of Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe and Kylie, which begins in 13 days.

“When they had my #1 hit show killed in January 2017, it not only hurt me financially and emotionally, it hurt my beautiful CHILDREN as well.”

Blac continued, “I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to set an example for my children that ‘what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong.’

“And what they did was so wrong.”

She confessed: “I am so grateful that a jury will finally hear what really happened behind closed doors, the lies that were told and the damage that was done.

“At the end of the trial I will be able to proudly say to King and Dream that I have done everything I can to right the wrong done to me.

Blac concluded: “And that is my hope, that in life they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters most.”
