Kim Kardashian’s plane is now being pursued by a teenager following Elon Musk’s jet — here’s why

THE teenager who follows Elon Musk’s private jet has revealed why he follows high-profile celebrities, including fashionista Kim Kardashian’s $150m plane.

Tech-savvy teenager Jack Sweeney, best known for his viral run-in with billionaire Elon Musk, has extended his tracking skills to Hollywood megastars.

His latest spying techniques have included pinning the private planes of rapper Jay-Z, pop star Taylor Swift, NY Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez, boxer great Floyd Mayweather, Tom Cruise and even Kim K.

One name that’s particularly caught Sweeney’s eye is Kim, who he claims “loves stuff like that.”

“I think Kardashians are interesting. Some celebrities don’t like being followed, but I think they love stuff like that, so instead of getting angry about it like Elon, it’s the opposite,” Sweeney told The US Sun.

Unlike Musk, however, the teenager said he’s not worried about being pressured by Kim or her reps to remove her from his Twitter page, claiming, “I think she appreciates the revelation.” “

Kim K’s reps did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The US Sun.

Sweeney revealed to The US Sun that the list of A-listers are some he’s interested in, but added that “a lot of them [celebrities]’ are on his radar.

“Many of them were known. I have more on a list that I don’t have on account yet.\

“These are the ones that I find most interesting and that have been requested. By far I think [Mark] Zuckerberg has it the hardest [to track] not much information about his plane.”

Kim is the owner of a $150 million G650ER, which she appropriately dubbed the KIM AIR, according to TMZ.

According to the outlet, Kim bought her plane brand new while it took a full year to build and was finished in time for her vacation trips.

The jet seats 18 guests and costs around $150 million.

Kim hired designers Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez to add a personal touch to the plane.

Waldo is no stranger to the Kardashian clan, having previously designed Travis Barker’s home – the drummer, who is engaged to Kim’s sister Kourtney.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also had the plane painted a gray color to match her Calabasas mansion and extensive collection of luxury cars.

Kim had the aircraft’s interior fully customized to suit her tastes while making sure it was fully upholstered in cashmere and cream leather seats.

While the KUWDK star lost millions to buy the plane, maintaining the G650ER will also come at a high cost.

TMZ reported that for every 200 hours of flight per year, Kim has to shell out $400,000 in fuel costs and another $100,000 in maintenance costs.
