Kim Kardashian’s fans ‘catch her lying’ about North West’s upbringing in unedited new photos of the 10-year-old
KIM Kardashian has been criticized by fans for apparently lying about her upbringing and the rules she sets for her daughter North West.
The Hulu star previously revealed that her 10-year-old only has access to TikTok on her phone, but online experts don’t believe that’s the case.

Kardashian critics recently unearthed photos of North en route and uncovered a powerful lead that refutes her mother Kim’s previous claims about parenting.
In the photos, taken during her birthday sleepover, the eldest of Kim and her ex-husband Kanye West’s four children was seen with a black iPhone on her wrist.
The device came in a case with a small loop for better grip and the case was personalized with North’s name.
The photos have found their way Reddit where commentators had a blast dissecting Kim’s earlier revelations about her parents and the rules she makes in their home.
A Kardashian skeptic started a thread with the caption, “Didn’t Kim say North didn’t have a phone so she doesn’t know anything?”
One fan remarked, “I remember on the last episode she said that the kids only watch certain things on TV and that she limits the number of shows they can watch, so no paparazzi style shows by E! Entertainment. I don’t remember her saying anything.” But as for the phones…”
Someone else speculated: “I’ve commented on this before somewhere, but I think Kim is saying the kids don’t know what’s going on to protect their privacy and to prevent the paparazzi or fans from yelling at the kids inappropriately.” to see their reaction or in (delusions) hoping for an actual response.
“Remember her reaction when one of the paparazzi guys asked her what she thought of Kanye’s anti-Semitic comments in front of North and she snapped at the guy and told him never to bring it up in front of her kids?”
A third commenter wrote: “An alternative: I take care of my younger sister and she has a phone but I have a lot of limitations with it and she can’t visit websites and download or delete apps without my consent.” No social media allowed as she has had issues with it in the past.
“So North could very well have a lot of limitations and it’s just easier to say she doesn’t have/can’t access a phone.”
Another fan wrote: “IIRC Kim and Kanye got North 2021 a phone for Christmas. She mentioned it on the Gwyneth Paltrow podcast last year.”
Someone else chimed in: “I’m so sure these phones are HEavily monitored and have a lot of restrictions.”
KIMS CONTROL
North frequently appears in TikTok videos on the account she shares with her mom.
Sometimes Kim also appears in the clips and sometimes North stars alone.
Fans have been furious over the Skims mogul’s daughter’s daughter’s phone access, and recently slammed Kim for appearing in an inappropriate video with her daughter.
Still, Kim claims she has complete control over what her daughter sees on her phone and on TV.
In a Season 3 episode of The Kardashians, the beauty mogul revealed the extremes she goes to to protect her children from their father Kanye’s antics.
Speaking to Kris Jenner, she revealed how difficult it is to protect her kids from her ex’s online abuse and all the drama, and revealed that she put a lot of time and energy into the role of “clean-up team.”
Kris replied, “Imagine trying to explain that to a nine-year-old named North, who’s bound to hear something and might not say it.”
“And that’s what breaks my heart.”
She looked stunned as the mother-of-four revealed: “She doesn’t actually know and that’s how crazy it is when things are said, it’s a chain for my whole household. No TV, just Apple TV.”
“I can’t risk an ‘Access Hollywood’ next or anything in the news about what her dad mentioned and what they want to see.”
She concluded, seeming a little choked up: “I have to find a way to protect them and that’s why they still haven’t seen anything, but I’m going into crisis mode.”
In a confessional interview, she said of the conflict with Kanye: “I’m the one who gets blamed for so many things and blamed for so many things and it’s really, really hurtful and it sucks but I can control how I do react, and I can.” Control, if I’m a mess, my kids will see that.
RADIO SILENCE
In December 2022, Kim told Angie Martinez about the strict rules put in place in her home to protect her children from the drama.
During the interview, she opened up about co-parenting with Kanye and their home rules.
The SKKN founder told Radio VJ at the time that she was doing her best to protect her children.
Kim said at the time: “My children don’t know anything. At school, some of my best friends are the teachers, so I know what’s happening at recess, I know what’s happening at lunch, I hear what’s happening.” None of the children have ever said anything to my children.
She continued: “Social media, my kids don’t – North has a TikTok account on my phone and only on my phone. She’s — they’re just not on social media. You see nothing. I’m keeping it, you know.” – If things go down, I protect the things in the house as much as possible, the TVs and the content.”
Briefly emotional, Kim admitted, “Co-parenting is really freaking hard.”
She added, “I had the best dad and I had the best memories and the greatest experience and that’s all I want for my kids, as long as they can have that, that’s what I want for them.”
