Kim wore a skin-tight silver dress with a long neckline and long sleeves on the red carpet.
She was photographed posing with her hand over her mouth while laughing.
The rare unaltered photos were shared on Reddit, where fans noticed the difference in texture between Kim’s skin and her hands.
One commented: “Her hands show her true age and how much work she has done to her face.”
Another added: “Oh she’s probably so crazy about her hands in them lol.”
A third posted: “The difference in skin texture is crazy. The fact that she was showing signs of aging was the reason why she behaved unwell during the operations.”
“The skin on her face is very stiff compared to the skin on her hands.”
Kim has previously admitted that she is concerned about her hands, which she says look “wrinkly and gross.”

“I’m comfortable with not being perfect, and I wasn’t before,” she said Lure last summer.
But according to the outlet, Kim looked down at her lap during the interview and added, “I hate my hands — they’re wrinkled and gross.”
“But I’ve lived life and changed so many diapers with these hands and I’ve cuddled my babies with these hands, so I’m okay with them.”
She added: “[Getting older] That doesn’t mean I won’t strive for perfection, but you get to a point where you think, “Okay, my health is more important than anything else.”
“It’s hard to explain because I’m at peace, but I would still do anything to look and feel youthful.”
Her confession of insecurity followed fans’ speculation that she was trying to hide it.
The Hulu star’s followers have long discussed why she is so often seen covering her hands with different types of gloves when she goes out.
Meanwhile, Kardashian fans are gearing up for the fourth season of the family’s Hulu reality show, premiering September 28.
Kourtney was seen lashing out at Kim in an explosive trailer for the new season this week.
The video began with Kourtney, 44, sitting awkwardly next to Kim, 42, in the confessional.
After settling into her seat, a producer was immediately heard asking, “Do you think people will be surprised to see the two of you together?”
The sisters then looked at each other awkwardly and then back at the camera before the SKIMS founder replied: “We’re like… er… crickets!”
Kim was then caught talking on the phone with Kourtney while sitting on a white couch in what appeared to be her office.
The mother of four scolded her older sister and said: “Are you happy? You’re a different person, you hate us, we’re all talking about it.”
The Lemme founder responded on the phone: “You’re like putting it in a fight where everyone has a side.”
“You think things, so you get angry. I think things, so I get annoyed,” Kim continued.
Kourtney shot back tearfully, “You’re just a witch and I hate you.”
