KIM Kardashian’s boyfriend Pete Davidson is now staying in her $60million mansion after meeting her kids despite Kanye West banning him from visiting.

The reality TV star – who will reveal all about their relationship on the family’s new Hulu show – had been taking it easy with Pete, but an insider claims their relationship has now improved.

Recent photos show the Saturday Night Live star with her eldest daughter North driving in their pink electric car through Scott Disick’s gated community in LA near Kim’s home.

The Hidden Hills property was purchased by Kim and Kanye in 2014 and the star was able to keep it for her and their children during her divorce from the rapper.

A source told The Sun: “Pete has been secretly dating Kim’s kids for weeks. He loves hanging out with them and making them laugh, Kim felt it was about time.

“Although some people think their relationship is just a recreation for them, they’re actually pretty serious, she just wanted to take it slow while divorcing Kanye.

“Their relationship has accelerated lately and he now occasionally stays at her mansion instead of the Beverly Hills Hotel.

“Kanye has to face it, he’s not happy but he has to accept that she has moved on and Pete will be in her life.

“Kim is careful about what she says to the kids and when he comes around, but he no longer stays at arm’s length from the family.”

The insider added, “She’s hoping things settle down a bit, now Kanye has stopped his public ranting on social media and is taking the time to heal.”

The Sun has reached out to Kim’s rep for an answer.

Allowing Pete, 28, to spend time with North isn’t the first time Kim has defied Kanye’s will when it comes to raising her children.

In addition to 8-year-old North, the exes share children Saint, six; Chicago, four; and psalm, two.

Pete’s pal Dave Sirus previously shared a text conversation between the star and Kanye telling him he “will never meet” his kids.

The comic said to him: “And you as a man. I would never stand in the way of your children. It’s a promise. How you raise your children is your business, not mine. I hope one day I can meet her and we can all be friends.”

In a now-deleted post, Kanye, 44, shared a screenshot of the message exchange with the caption, “No you’ll never meet my kids.”

Since Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February 2021, the hitmaker has repeatedly publicly pleaded to get her back, but has now moved on with influencer Chaney Jones, who fans believe is Kim’s spitting image.

The SKIMS star opened up about her relationship with Pete, who she has been dating since October of last year, on the ABC special on the Kardashian family.

She said: “I’m a relationship girl for sure and I wouldn’t date someone unless I plan on spending a lot of time with them.

“Of course I want to take my time, but I’m very happy and very satisfied. And it feels so good to be at peace.”

Her mother Kris Jenner also gushed about her new boyfriend, telling host Robin Roberts: “Pete is amazing. He’s a really nice guy,” while sister Khloe added, “He just makes her laugh. And she laughs all the time.”

Meanwhile, on the first episode of the new Kardashians show, Kim admits that she actually got Pete’s number at the Met Gala in September 2021.

“I met Pete Davidson at the Met and I was like, ‘I’m so scared. I don’t know what I signed up for,'” she recalls of their conversation.

“And he’s like, ‘Can you read cue cards? You’re good. You’re good.'”

Kim hosted SNL a month later on October 9 and kissed Pete during a sketch in which they starred as Aladdin and Princess Jasmine.
