But Kim, 42, took an honest look at her natural skin and body in a new post shared about her Instagram feed.
The reality star took to her profile on Wednesday to gushed about her “lifelong” friends with a mix of current and retro pics.
In one image from the compilation, the TV personality was enjoying dinner with a group of her friends.
Kim sat at the dining table on the far left while her group of girls gathered on the right.
At first glance, the mother-of-four looked unusually natural without much makeup or photo filters.
The SKIMS founder wore a black turtleneck shirt and her then platinum blonde hair was long and straight.
In another photo, Kim posed with another group of ladies in the backyard.
Standing in the center, she wore a black quilted jacket, black leggings and sneakers.
The social media star wore her dark hair in a slicked-back bun and smiled almost makeup-free for the camera.
Kim looked great in the natural image with no filter.
She captioned her post “Lifers Appreciation Post.”

But Kim has been at the center of controversy over some of her social media posts lately.
Earlier this month, the TV star’s real skin and body were revealed after a hairdresser’s wedding guest posted a photo online.
Kim’s hairstylist Chris Appleton, 39, recently married his current husband Lukas Gage, 27, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Hulu star headlined the special day and wrote a heartfelt comment post dedicated to the happy couple on Instagram.
“It was my honor to officiate a wedding in Vegas,” Kim wrote, adding, “I couldn’t be happier for you both.”
The mother-of-four shared several photos from the wedding ceremony, including one of her in front of the wedding chapel and with the grooms.
As a special surprise, singer Shania Twain appeared at her wedding and her husband posted an allegedly unedited post Picture by Kim – which caught the attention of fans.
“She looks amazing,” wrote one Reddit fan.
“She looks really beautiful here. It is not necessary to edit your photos intensively at all? I’ll never understand,” admitted a second.
