KIM Kardashian has shared her grueling two-hour weightlifting workout as she claims she “wants to build muscle and be strong.”
The torn Kardashian has been dating a new trainer for three months and showed off her results in a sports bra and training leggings.
Kim, 42, showed off a variety of weight and resistance exercises she’s been working on.
She claims squats are her least favorite exercise at the gym, but said she needs to “push through.”
Kim said she’s proudest of her arm muscles as she told her fans to “check my triceps and deltoids.”
The star flaunted her gains by wearing revealing skin-tight clothing while filming her workout.
Back in February, Kim’s critics slammed her for her “terrible form.”
Kim had just started training with Senada Greca and took to Instagram to show off her new moves.
However, not everyone was overly impressed with Kim’s workout content, claiming that some of her moves weren’t performed correctly.
“Your form is terrible. She doesn’t do that regularly,” said one person.

A third person claimed, “On the last exercise, she appears to be crooked, like she’s curling to one side.”
And a fourth user joked: “A** to the grass Kim! Those aren’t squats!”
Someone else said: “She needs to fire her coach. It’s horrible that they allow her and her sisters to train with horrible form…her poor back and knees…”
In January, Kim was mocked after she “modestly boasted” about her workout routine.
Confirming that she gets up extra early to exercise, Kim posted a photo of her home gym and wrote, “6 o’clock workout before the kids are up.”
Kim’s critics weren’t impressed when one fan sarcastically posted online, “Nobody works as early, as hard, as much and as often as Kim.”
“It’s so far removed from the real world. I really think she thinks she works hard. But she has no idea what really hard work is for normal people,” claimed another.
A third person fumed: “‘Before my kids are awake,’ like you don’t have nannies. Just shut up.”
