Kim Kardashian raises concerns about ‘skinniest look ever’ as the star shows off chiseled arms and face in worrying new video

KIM Kardashian has raised more concerns with her thin physique in the latest episode of The Kardashians.

The reality star, 41, showed off her extremely chiseled arms and face during a confessional on Wednesday night.

In the scene, Kim showed off her shrinking body in a tight black bodysuit.

The mother-of-four wore her dark hair in a center part and framed her features with muted makeup.

The Kardashians star opened up about her protective relationship with sister Kendall Jenner, 26.

“I’ve always been super supportive of her and loved watching her journey,” said the SKIMS founder.

Kim has faced backlash since admitting she lost 16 pounds in three weeks to fit into Marilyn Monroe’s iconic gown for May’s Met Gala.

She recently hit back at critics of her weight loss, insisting she lost the weight “healthily”.

“If I was starving and making it really unhealthy, I’d say obviously that’s not good news,” the Hulu star told Allure.

“But I had a nutritionist, I had a trainer. I’ve never drunk more water in my life.

“I don’t see the criticism for other people when they’ve lost weight for roles – they are [considered] Geniuses for their craft.”

The star added, “There are so many things out there that are so inaccurate and not true.”

DRAMATIC DIET

Back in May, Kim revealed the actions she took to lose so much weight.

The founder of SKIMS told Vogue at the Met Gala: “I tried [the dress] and it didn’t suit me. I said, ‘Give me three weeks.’

“I had to lose 16 pounds today. It was such a challenge. It was like a [movie] Role. I was determined to pass [into] it. I haven’t had any carbs or sugar for about three weeks.”

And in June, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum admitted she’s lost even more weight after sticking to the ultra-strict diet.

FEARS FOR KIM

She said on the TODAY show, “It actually taught me a lot about my lifestyle and my health, and I’ve continued to eat very healthily since then.

“I mean, I’ve lost 21 pounds now. I’m not trying to lose any more weight, but I have more energy than ever.”

Meanwhile, The US Sun exclusively revealed that Kim’s family is worried she’s losing too much weight and is “hardly sleeping.”

She previously admitted that studying to be a lawyer and caring for her four children had taken its toll.

“Kim always looks great, but she’s good at hiding her stress,” an insider told The US Sun.

“She is thinner than ever and hardly sleeps. Her family knows a lot of this is because she’s recovering from a very controlling marriage and that she’s determined to show Kanye how much better off she is without him.”
