Kim recently confused her haters after fibbing in a promo video recently shared on Instagram.

Kim, 42, happens to be the newest spokeswoman for dental care brand Hismile.
Yesterday, Hismile shared a video of Skims founder Kim using her teeth whitening toothpaste on her teeth and showing the results on her business Instagram account.
Additionally, the second oldest Kardashian sister shared a snap of herself flaunting her white smile, which she credited to Hismile on her Instagram Stories.
Kim also added the stores where Hismile is available in her Stories caption.
NOT EVEN REAL
Many fans were skeptical that the dental product would give Kim her bright smile.
In an online forum on Reddit, critics slammed her for not admitting to having cosmetic dental work done to improve the color of her teeth.
“Kim, we know your teeth are veneers. Wtf do you sell whitening paste?!” one fan scolded.
A second fan raged: “She paid for those teeth. I love that they are promoting these shady products.

Another sarcastically signed: “I mean I’d have perfectly white teeth too if I had veneers. What are we bending here?”
CALCULATED KIM
As well as fans blaming her for allegedly lying about her teeth, they have also slammed her for being “calculated”.
Earlier this month, Kim shared a video of her weightlifting routine with her personal trainer on Instagram.
The mother-of-four wore tight black workout clothes with a low-cut top and hastily pinned up hair.
Kim completed a series of Romanian deadlifts while her trainer kept a count, and at one point said, “That’s hard!”
The star captioned the video: “Nothing like a 2 hour workout with @senada.greca to kick my jet lag back on.”
After that, Kim posted a mirror selfie from the gym.
In an instant, Kim was kneeling on an exercise mat and flashing a peace sign that showed off her slim waist and dramatic curves.
The image bore the caption, “And a strong finish is the best feeling to eliminate a good workout from the daily schedule.”
However, some fans weren’t sold that Kim’s workout routine was real, and felt “misled” by the idea that Kim’s physique was due solely to workouts.
On Reddit, a follower shared Kim’s fitness content along with the caption, “I’m training hard for this body guys!” topped with a wink emoji.
Some responses questioned whether Kim’s routine was authentic.
One wrote, “You can tell none of them have ever worked out that regularly or seriously.”
Another speculated: “Your weights are clearly fake.”
A third agreed: “It’s hard,” she knows she’ll be included. Everything is so damn calculated with her.”
Others pointed out how Kim’s lifting form put the emphasis on her rear end and suggested exercise wasn’t the reason for her size.
One person joked, “She’s glute dominant y’all,” with a winking face.
Another commented, “Misleading your fans into thinking that deadlifting in terrible shape can help you achieve a Kardashian butt…”
