KIM Kardashian is accused of copying a swimsuit model from a New Jersey designer for her new SKIMS line.

A TikTok user pointed out the similarities between the two swimsuits in a new video.

Kim41, arrived Instagram on Monday to showcase some of her latest SKIMS swimwear lines.

A standout piece from the collection was a small navy shirt paired with a high-waisted skirt with a large slit near the hips.

The TikTok account for New shirt-the company is based Swimming course shared a video with a photo of Keeping up with the Kardashians alum erodes the item.

Jennifer Bogush- owner of Swimming course– was seen wearing a nearly identical swimsuit as she stood on screen and stood next to a photo of Kim.

She stays silent throughout the video as she puts the viewer on her very similar swimsuits.

The clip is annotated with multiple hashtags, including #skimsreview, #skimsdupe, #skimsswim, #skimsbikini, #lockedswim, ##nonslipswimwear and #surfing girl.

FANS REACT

Immediately after this account shared the video, fans flocked to Reddit to discuss the seemingly stolen idea.

The original Reddit user wrote: “Owner of Locked Swim claims Kim’s Skims Swim Stole From Her.”

Another commented: “It’s good company. And I think her top headband looks higher quality than the skimpy shirt.”

DEFENDING KILLER

However, others argued that the design was not original and that Kim was likely not stealing it from the company.

Someone wrote: “It’s an innovative tunic and a wrap dress. It’s nothing new and this person just wants strength.”

Another added: “This is the most basic design ever and I’m sure I can find a bunch of swimwear and wraps like this.”

Last month, SKIMS Instagram the account teased a new piece that featured a tiny bra and underwear to wear with shorts.

Next to the photo, the account wrote: “Compare your loved ones to your midnight demeanor in a sexy logo grid designed to make a statement every night of the week.”

Fans flocked to Reddit slam Kim for sale new underwear.

While sharing their reaction to the item, one person wrote: “I don’t like it because it doesn’t really have a clear purpose. However, I’ve seen similar items and their purpose they’re just to look sexy. And these are very unsexy.”

Another added: “That’s weird… you can’t wear pants like Spanx because of the embroidered logo. underwear. But underwear and shorts?
