Khloe Kardashian’s nanny is defending the famous mum’s parenthood after new photos of daughter True, 5, sparked widespread concern
Andreza Cooper, KHLOE Kardashian’s nanny, has defended the reality TV star’s parenthood after new photos of her daughter True caused widespread concern among fans.
True’s nanny posted the photos to Instagram on Friday to celebrate the Hulu star’s daughter’s fifth birthday.

Andreza, 37, captioned the post: “Our baby True turned 5!”
She continued: “Super Mama @khloekardashian made her day so fun and special and took us all to Disneyland on a party bus!!”
The post featured photos of Andreza and True enjoying the day at Disneyland.
A snap showed the nanny wearing mouse ears as she stood next to Mickey Mouse, while a selfie photo showed the 37-year-old posing with Khloe, 38.
Andreza snapped a group photo with True and her cousin, Rob Kardashian’s daughter Dream, six.
But a photo of the five-year-old and her nanny caught the eye of a concerned fan.
The commenter asked: “Does Khloe know that Crossing True’s eye like this could cause problems for her later? I hope she gets that fixed.”
Andreza responded curtly but respectfully: “Thank you for your concern, but she has the best doctors!”
EASTER PARTY
Last week, Khloe’s nanny took to Instagram to share the snap as she joined the Kar-Jenners for their Easter celebration.
In the picture, Andreza and five-year-old True snuggle up while posing in the hallway of Kris Jenner’s $20 million Palm Springs mansion.
They stood by the window where the sun shone on their smiling faces.
Andreza knelt beside True, who was wearing a pink dress, purple bunny ears, and her curly hair pulled back in a ponytail.
She gushed about the occasion in her caption, “Happy Bunny Day everyone!” with a bunny and a red heart emoji.
Andreza has become an integral part of the Kardashian family over the years and can often be seen in photos with Khloe and her children.
The Brazilian native previously opened up about her acting as True’s nanny in an interview with Papo de Mae.
She said of True: “Since we travel a lot internationally, I also monitor her sleep because there are many time zones, so I always travel with her when she’s international.
“If it’s just three days, I’ll keep Los Angeles time, if it’s more than three days, local time is a bit late.”
Khloe even threw Andreza a surprise party for her birthday last year, which included an impressive breakfast spread, gifts, balloons and other decorations.
Although she has been Khloe’s nanny for some time, Andreza’s job usually consists of supporting the family in the first few months after their baby is born.
She takes care of their needs such as preparing the room, breastfeeding and the child’s sleep routine.
As Khloe is also a mother to a seven-month-old son, Andreza could stay to help with the little one.
Khloe shares her two children with her ex Tristan Thompson, 32, who also attended the celebrations over the weekend.
Tristan even ruffled some feathers with fans after noticing he was gifted a personalized Easter basket, while some other family members weren’t.
TRISTAN IS BACK
The NBA star, who signed a contract with the Los Angeles Lakers last week, has wormed his way back into Khloe’s life in recent months.
Tristan and Khloe split less than two years earlier after it was revealed the athlete had fathered a child with his lover Marilee Nichols, 32.
However, Khloe might be ready to forgive her ex.
After helping the basketball star mourn his mother who passed away in January, Khloe has been spotted on and off with Tristan.
Most recently, Tristan attended her daughter’s lavish birthday party at Khloe’s $17 million mansion.
They were also seen together at a McDonald’s drive-thru picking up a ton of food.
To top it off, Tristan recently bought a luxurious $12.5 million home just doors down from Khloe’s Hidden Hills oasis.
RELATIONSHIP STATUS
But despite their seemingly close bond, a source said the parents of two children are not romantically involved.
In March, Entertainment Tonight spoke to a source close to the KUWTK star, who said Khloe and Tristan aren’t in a relationship.
The source said Khloe “is in a good place and has set boundaries for Tristan. Tristan will always be in Khloe’s life, but she’s not in love with him.
“She chooses to support her children publicly and privately.”
The source also said the reality star was able to talk about the whole situation “without getting emotional.”
They shared: “Khloe has the biggest heart and sometimes that’s her downfall. She is forgiving, loving with all she has and so loyal, but her focus right now is on co-parenting and on herself.
“Kim and the rest of the family are proud of Khloe for putting herself first.”
Unfortunately, Tristan seems to have a different goal for his relationship with Khloe.
A source told Us Weekly: “Tristan is always trying to get Khloe back, he still loves her and wants it to work out between them. They’re friends and great co-parents, but he wants more.”
