KHLOE Kardashian has shown off the home gym where she does her workouts at her $17million mansion.
The Hulu star’s state-of-the-art fitness space includes a $3,000 rowing machine, multiple flat-screen TVs, and other equipment.
Khloe, 38, started the day on Friday with a series of snaps from her gym.
First, she shot a black and white video of Gray Kitty, her and daughter True Thompson’s cat, stretching while sitting on a device.
This was followed by a photo of herself standing sideways in front of a mirrored wall, behind her are several machines and a large television.
The good American wore a plain black hoodie and black leggings in the photo.
Khloe then posted a video of herself walking on a treadmill and talked about how difficult it was for her to get out of bed and exercise.
“I get up early all the time, but 4:30, 5 am is brutal for me. I can get through 6am. I don’t know why this is so much more difficult. But we’ll see how it goes,” she said while walking.
“Happy Friday. God bless you.”
It seems she was able to dig deep and find some motivation because her next post showed her doing an intense exercise to tone her biceps.
In the post, she pointed out to fans how she could work out while watching her kids.
Drawing an arrow on a baby monitor that sat on a device, she wrote, “I monitor my babies on my baby monitor but still get it before the Friday madness.”
Khloe’s muscles were on full display during her difficult workout and fans were left stunned.
The video showed Khloe pulling weights over her head.
She wore a tiny blue tank top and tight leggings that showed off her thinning figure.
Her blonde hair was tied in a ponytail in the clip.
Khloe’s muscles were fully defined with every pull.
Khloe is no stranger to inviting fans to take a look at her workout at the gym. however, it has also raised some concerns.
Previously, the TV star raised some concerns after showing off her shrinking butt and concave stomach at her gym in her $17 million mansion.
In the snap, Khloe wore a skin-tight white sports bra, black sweatshirt, and black leggings.
“What struck me the most lately was the thinness of her arms and around her shoulders…” one person said of Khloe in the past.
Another would respond: “Khloe looks freaking skinny now! Your ribs are out!”
MAKE IT WORK
While Khloe doesn’t usually take her kids to the gym, sometimes she has to.
Earlier this week she shared an Instagram Story post of her workout, in which her young son enjoys a front row seat.
In the video, Khloe was seen working out with Don Brooks, a fitness pro voted one of the top 40 most popular celebrity fitness gurus of all time.
During her workout, her little boy – whose name is not yet publicly known – sat happily on the floor.
For the first part of her routine, Khloe shared a time-lapse of herself using cable weights while her infant son sat on the floor in a cute patterned jacket.
She wore her long hair down with the chic blonde waves reaching her small back.
Wearing a tiny black sports bra with tight black leggings, she showed off her slender thighs and waist.
In the next clip, Khloe lay down on a machine and did leg raises with an exercise ball while her trainer switched to her latest activity.
The Kardashian then released a video of her coach playing with her son.
The boy was surrounded by tennis balls that had been given to keep him occupied while the muscular man crouched in front of him.
Don pretended to exercise the tot and called out encouragement while smiling. At the end of the clip, both he and the baby burst out laughing.
