The Hulu star, who recently traveled to Italy with her five-year-old daughter True, posted the photos to her Instagram account on Friday.

The post, captioned “Tuscany,” showed Khloe, 39, sitting on a balcony with her back against the stone wall of a building.
The Kardashians star smiled lightly for the camera, accentuating her plump lips and high cheekbones as she posed in a navy babydoll dress.
The fitted bodice and plunging neckline showed off Khloe’s cleavage generously as she lounged under the Tuscan sky.
The Good American co-founder showed off her bleached blonde hair in another snap, turning her head and gazing out at Italian wine country.
Khloe accessorized the casual look with multiple jeweled bracelets and earrings, and completed her outfit with padded sandals.
She teased her cleavage again in another photo in the post, where she leaned forward on the ledge while the Tuscan countryside filled the background.

One of the many photos Khloe posted showed the mother-of-two and the five-year-old sitting in a rowboat.
True operated the oar and paddled the couple out onto a lake, her right arm encased in a bright pink cast.
The photo was reposted on a Reddit forum for Kardashian, where one fan asked, “I wonder what happened to True’s arm?”
Another person repeated, “True poor arm, I wonder what happened,” before mentioning, “Even without a life jacket in the rowboat.”
While a third commenter explained: “Yeah the pics are super cute but they should have life jackets on them. I can’t stand pictures without life jackets, but I come from a cold water area where drowning is even easier.”
“In addition, the plaster cast must not get wet from paddle splashes or the like.”

In a separate post, Khloe and her daughter, in their matching outfits, bent down for a smooch while standing on a jetty overlooking the water.
She showed off her large cleavage and expensive jewelry while sharing a sweet moment with True.

Although many fans praised Khloe’s outfit and her beautiful day with her little daughter, others were appalled by one detail.

Noting that her face looked shockingly different in the snaps, many of the TV star’s followers slammed her cosmetic procedures for making them look “scary” and “unrecognizable.”
Several took to Reddit to discuss the situation, with one writing, “Khloe loves Facetune” to open the conversation.
“This is just so weird… looks like a cartoon,” agreed a second.
“Look at the side profile for example, the lips are obviously awful and weird, but so is the chin and jawline. WTF, that’s not a normal person,” criticized a third.
“Why is there a seam on her upper lip? What’s going on?” asked a fourth.
