The 38-year-old Kardashians star posed in a skintight black dress and silver knee-length boots in her Paris hotel room.

Khloe leaned against the bathtub in one shot before posing at a side table in another.

Her fans shared their fears about her drastic weight loss in the comments accompanying her Instagram shoot.

One wrote, “Your LEGS my gosh I did a double take,” and another added, “Oh Khlo I just can’t even look anymore.”

The Hulu star has shown off her shrinking physique on social media and on the red carpet.

Fans have theories that her weight loss stemmed from her heartbreak over her baby daddy Tristan Thompson’s love child scandal.

Tristan welcomed a son named Theo, now five months old, with Maralee Nichols, 31, back in December 2021.

He was having an affair with Maralee as he reportedly locked out with Khloe – with whom he shares a daughter True and a young son.

During the season premiere of The Kardashians, Khloe detailed the heartbreaking aftermath of her ex’s paternity scandal.

Khloe confirmed she was unaware of her ex’s infidelity and was informed when documents were leaked to the press.

By that time, she had already decided to have another baby with Tristan via a surrogate, revealing they had performed an embryo transfer days before.

“I mean it’s supposed to be a really exciting, amazing time and it’s just a different experience I think. It was so hard. I don’t want to celebrate anything,” Khloe sobbed into the camera.

Khloe also claimed Tristan knew about his love child in July 2021 but pushed the TV star to have another baby anyway.

“I found out about Tristan’s situation in the first week of December,” she confessed.

“It’s just so close. I don’t want anyone to think I did that after the fact. Why would I want a baby with someone who’s having a baby with someone else? I’m not that sociopath. I’m a maniac, but not that damn crazy.”

Khloe seemed to put aside her hurt feelings about Tristan’s unfaithful ways when her baby boy was born.

She allowed Tristan to be in the delivery room at her surrogate’s birth in August.

“I am so grateful. It’s such a beautiful gift to have,” Khloe gushed of the little one.
