Ken Jennings from JEOPARDY! has teased how much longer he’ll be hosting the popular trivia show.

In a recent issue, Ken, 48, opened up about his tenure on the game show.

Ricky A. Rivera II, an employee stock ownership plan analyst from Chicago, Illinois, shared personal tidbits about his pet turtle named Sunday.

Ricky revealed that turtles “could live up to 50 years”.

He mentioned that his pet “Jeopardy with me!” look, so that’s cool.”

Ken asked, “How old is Sunday right now?

Ricky replied, “Probably around 20 I think.

Ken added: “So is he in good health?”

After the contestant agreed and nodded, the ABC star said: “He’s got decades ahead of him.

“Sounds great! He could watch the show well into my thirtieth season. We do not know it.”

While the game show is currently in its 39th season, Ken guest-hosted the program in season 37 and shared hosting duties with Mayim Bialik, 47, in season 38.

The two were announced as permanent replacements for the late longtime host Alex Trebek.

CO-HOSTING OBLIGATIONS

In January, Jeopardy! The producers revealed the upcoming schedule changes between the two co-hosts.

The Call Me Kat star will fill in for Ken in mid-February after a longer-than-expected absence.

During the Inside Jeopardy! Podcast producer Sarah Foss and executive producer Michael Davies responded as to when the Big Bang Theory actress’ star will be back and explained why fans haven’t seen her.

Sarah said, “We know there has been a lot of discussion about our hosting schedule.

“We want to let you know when to see Mayim and when to see Ken in the coming months.”

The producer continued, “Ken will be hosting in January and February before Mayim hosts our high school reunion tournament.

Sarah mentioned that the three-week special will “rejoin 18 junior tournament participants from Season 35 who are now in college.”

Explaining Mayim’s absence, Sarah said, “Originally we thought Mayim would come back in January.”

She continued: “Her Call me Kat schedule – it’s been developing – so she’ll be back a little later than we anticipated.

“But not for lack of a desire to have both presenters on the show as often as possible — just planning.”

Sarah concluded: “Mayim is a busy, busy woman! We are happy to have her back.”

Also during Friday’s episode, Ken confused the contestant about the correct answer to, “A historic site in Alabama invites you to travel back to the 1940’s and learn more about this group of black military aviators.”

Ricky should say, “What are the Tuskegee Airmen?” instead of “What are the Tuskegee Red – Red Wings.”
