Keke Palmer is seeking sole custody of her newborn son Leodis as she battles ex Darius Jackson in court following a nasty breakup

KEKE Palmer has filed for sole custody of her son Leodis Andrellton Jackson.
The Nope star shares her eight-month-old child with ex Darius Jackson.
In court documents obtained from TMZKeke, 30, didn’t reveal too much information about why she decided to file.
According to the news outlet, doctors said she was “willing to cover the costs of the pregnancy and birth” but asked the court to order Darius to help with “attorney and expert fees.”
Earlier Thursday, Darius shared a picture of him and his son on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“I love you, my son. See you soon,” he captioned his post.
Back in December, she announced that she was pregnant while hosting Saturday Night Live.
SO SWEET!
In February, Keke gave birth to Leodis and announced the good news by posting a few photos of him in the hospital.
She wrote: “Hey son! Only 48 years old because I’m a parent!”
“Born during Black History Month, with a name to match,” she added, also including a short clip of the new parents with their baby boy in the hospital.
Keke revealed in the caption: “Leodis Andrellton Jackson, welcome to the world baby Leo.”
YOUR RELATIONSHIP
Keke preferred to keep her relationship with Darius private.
However, the couple is believed to have been dating for about a year and a half, having reportedly met at a star-studded Memorial Day party in May 2021.
Darius is believed to have attended the party hosted by Diddy and Issa Rae as a guest of his actor brother Sarunas Jackson, who has appeared alongside Issa and Keke in the HBO series Insecure.
He then confirmed their relationship in August.
However, the two seemingly had issues when he “shamed” Keke for what she wore to an Usher concert.
WHAT HAPPENED
In July, Keke wore a black bodysuit under a sheer dress to watch the R&B singer perform at his Las Vegas residency.
In a fan video posted on X, Keke was seen dancing with Usher while singing to her.
Darius then commented on the video: “It’s the outfit but you’re a mother.”
In another statement, he said: “We live in a generation where a man of the family does not want the wife and mother of his children to flaunt her buttocks to please others and is told how much of a man he is.” Be a hater.”
“This is my family and my representation. I have standards and morals about what I believe. I’m making my point.”
‘KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!’
After reading what he said, Keke fans criticized Darius because they accused him of publicly shaming his girlfriend.
One tweeted: “Don’t date a bad guy if you get so insecure,” and another added: “Boy shut up.”
A third posted: “Not a solid idea about publicly shaming your child’s mother for her outfit choice.”
Another user raged: “As a new mother, it would be better for you to encourage her as she rebuilds her confidence.”
Others agreed, writing: “Exactly. Just disgusting and for no reason.”
COOKIE’S ANSWER
In September, Keke finally spoke out about what Darius had said.
In an interview with Today’s Jenna Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb, she set the record straight.
“I’m going to take a page out of my friend Beyoncé’s book…mind your business.”
