Kay Adams laughs at the timing of Joe Burrow’s announcement as the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback signs a new mega-contract

FANDUEL TV host Kay Adams couldn’t help but laugh when news broke of Cincinnati Bengals star QB Joe Burrow’s contract extension.

The 37-year-old former NFL Network host took to social media on Thursday to share her reaction to Burrow’s huge new deal.

Just before the NFL season began Kansas CityNFL Network’s Ian Rapport said the Bengals and Burrow have agreed to a deal to make him the NFL’s new highest-paid QB.

Burrow passed Los Angeles Chargers signal-caller Justin Herbert on the list of highest-paid players.

The former LSU star signed a five-year, $275 million contract, and Adams went to X and expressed her reaction.

Adams shared the message: “Lol at kickoff.”

The NFL reporter’s reaction wasn’t the only one; Several NFL fans flocked to social media following the deal.

One said: “Joe actually signed during Mahomes’ first drive of the season haha.”

Another: “It was just a matter of time. If you’re that good!”

And a third said: “That’s a lot of cigar money. Well deserved.”

Burrow’s expansion is no surprise; The Bengals have been very open about their desire to keep the franchise QB.

In his three seasons in the NFL, Burrow has thrown for 11,774 yards and 82 touchdowns.

The Bengals will open their regular season on September 10th on the road against the division rival Cleveland Browns.
