Already in November it became known that Tristan fathered a child with his lover Maralee Nichols.

And earlier this week, Khloe’s rep confirmed she’s having a second child with Tristan via a surrogate, who was conceived in November, before she found out about his love child.

Fans remain unconvinced by the timeline — especially considering the baby is expected “within days” — and have speculated that Khloe knew about the love child and went ahead with the surrogacy anyway.

One wrote on Reddit: “I think she may have known but denied it.

“I don’t think she knew publicly, but she did know privately and made the difficult decision to go back to parenting with a sociopath because she had finally found a suitable surrogate and she wanted a second child so badly (and the egg retrieval process was very hard on her last time).”

Another pointed out that Maralee sued Tristan for paternity and child support in June, claiming it was difficult to keep it a secret from the Kardashians’ strong connections.

They wrote, “With so many connections to lawyers like Kim…there’s no way they didn’t know. Maralee filed a paternity suit in June 2021 and no one who knows Kim has heard of it or anything new? Absolutely not.”

A third added: “Look, that’s the thing. The Hulu show skews the drama schedule, but there’s no way Khloe found out about the scam at the same time as the general public.”

In fact, earlier this week fans suspected that Khloe and Kim faked finding out about Tristan’s beloved child on the final episode of The Kardashians.

They claimed the duo clearly “acted” as they fumed about the NBA star’s actions during a phone call.

On Wednesday, Khloe’s rep confirmed she is having a second child through a surrogate.

According to TMZ, Tristan is the baby’s father, and he already shares a four-year-old daughter named True with his reality star ex.

Khloe’s statement revealed the baby was conceived in November last year, just before she and Tristan split over his love child scandal.

“Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing,” her rep said.

Khloe and Tristan were on and off from 2016 to 2021 when the NBA star confessed to cheating on Khloe with fitness model Maralee.

Paternity tests later revealed that he had fathered a child as a result of the affair.

Maralee claims the Chicago Bulls player never met her young son Theo, while calling her a “gold digger” amid their nasty custody battle.

BACK IN THE FRAME

However, Tristan has recently reintegrated into the Kardashian family life.

On Father’s Day weekend, he was seen tenderly hugging Khloe after having lunch with her daughter, family matriarch Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian.

Similarly, he was photographed on his father’s service picking up both True and Kim’s daughter Chicago, four, from a ballet class.

Viewers of The Kardashians on Hulu recently learned about the devastating impact that Tristan’s love child scandal has had on Khloe.

A shocked Kylie described Tristan as “the worst person on the planet” when the devastating news broke.

The Good American founder herself admitted she was “screaming and crying” while watching the episode.

As well as True with Khloe and Theo with Maralee, Tristan also shares his five-year-old son Prince with ex Jordan Craig.
