Kardashian fans slam Kim’s Skims Valentine’s Day line as ‘cheap’ as new pics feature ‘tacky’ thongs and lingerie

KARDASHIAN fans have called Kim’s new Valentine’s Day SKIMS collection “cheap” and “tacky.”

Kim, 42, is constantly releasing new products from her successful shapewear and apparel brand and often sends samples to her sisters.

Her younger sister, Kendall Jenner, decided to show off some of the new lingerie on her Instagram Story, claiming she’s “ready for vday.”

A variety of skimpy pieces of clothing can be seen in the photo, including high-waisted knickers in shades of pink, red and white with random slogans on the front.

There was also a pale pink lace thong with a matching bralette and a very sexy all in one bodysuit with cut out detailing on the front.

Kim’s sister Khloé also shared a snap of the same items on her own Instagram Story, captioning them “cutest overload” alongside a pink heart emoji.

But while Kim’s siblings were impressed with the SKIMS garments, many of her fans weren’t.

One person posted a picture on Reddit and asked, “Will Kenny have a new boo by vday?”

Someone ignored the question about Kendall’s love life and commented, “These look like they came out of a dollar bin of underwear at the mall.”

Another person wrote, “These look exactly like the dollar-ton thongs that me and my friends used to get at the rue21 mall in middle school.”

“This stuff is boring and looks reused,” claimed another, while a fourth person added, “Those granny panties look like they came straight from Wal-Mart!”

Another Reddit user commented, “Late Night Snack is SO trashy to print on panties. Those thong sides would look okay, let alone flattering, on very few women. It would have been cuter to print lines of those little heart candies on them I guess.”

Referring to one of the slogans and singer Mariah Carey, another person claimed, “Mariah will sue over sweet, sweet fantasy.”

The comments come after Kim gave fans a rare glimpse inside her SKIMS office.

Mom-of-four Kim showed off her signature gray workplace decor after a busy four-hour meeting.

Posting on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Kim took fans to Skims HQ.

She shared a photo of dozens of fabric swatches on her gray marble desk.

The entrepreneur spent the afternoon rummaging through the fabrics, neatly arranged in a divider.

Meanwhile, documents of color samples were also lying on the desk.

Kim added text to share more about her working life at the shapewear brand.

“Four hour Skims meeting,” she wrote.

“I don’t often show my Skims process. I have weekly color, fit, fabrication and style reviews.”

Kim previously gave fans a much more in-depth tour of the office during the season one premiere of The Kardashians.
