The Kardashians star, 41, came under fire for selling the white concrete item for such a “ridiculous” price while people were “struggling” financially.

Sharing a photo of the trash can on Instagram, Kim wrote, “Introducing the trash can.

“This minimalist concrete vessel discreetly disposes of rubbish and gives any space a modern upgrade.”

Her critics flooded the comments with their outrage at the article, writing, “You can get this at Walmart for $8.”

Another added: “$100.00 for my dirty used up Q-Tips? Uh… thanks, I’m fine, that’s ridiculous.”

A third wrote: “What a joke. People out here are struggling to pay bills and you’re charging over $100 for a trash can?!”

Kim launched her home accessories line last month as part of her SKKN by Kim skincare range.

The collection consists of five concrete products – a vanity unit, a round container, a canister, a tissue box and a wastebasket.

The entire product line – which critics have dubbed “boring and overpriced” – retails for $355.

Back in March, Kim was criticized for her “deaf” comments about people’s work ethic during an interview with Variety.

COMMENTS “DOING DEAF”.

The SKIMS founder said: “I have the best advice for women in business. Get your damn king a** up and work.”

Kim – who is reportedly worth $1.8 billion – continued, “It seems like nobody wants to work anymore.”

After her mother Kris and sister Kourtney agreed, she added: “You have to surround yourself with people who want to work.

“Have a good work environment where everyone loves what they do because you have a life.

“No toxic work environments and come and do the work.”

KIM BACK

After the lengthy backlash, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum responded by trying to explain the comment.

She told Good Morning America host Robin Roberts: “It wasn’t a blanket statement to women or feeling like I don’t respect work or think they don’t work hard. I know they do.

“It was taken out of context, but I’m really sorry if it was taken that way.”
