Kardashian fans ‘cringe’ at Khloe’s real face as she walks into a medical facility in new, unedited photos

KHLOE Kardashian’s fans “cringe” after seeing her true colors in unedited photos.

The 38-year-old was spotted with minimal makeup on Monday as she headed to a medical facility with her ex Tristan Thompson.

Khloe wore a black beanie and an oversized hoodie as she accompanied Tristan, 31, and his brother Amari, 17, to the facility.

While the Good American founder still looked stunning, her fans couldn’t help but notice that she looked different from her heavily edited social media photos.

One shared the photos on Reddit and wrote, “What Khloe looks like without all the photoshop and sunglasses.”

Another wrote in a since-deleted comment, “Ouch I winced.”

A third asked Khloe to adopt a more natural look, noting: “She kills all the time but even more so with minimal makeup and no photoshop.

“I wish she was more in her natural state, she has so much potential to shake the narrative against her.”

The comments come amid speculation about Khloe’s altered face and body.

Back in June 2021, the Kardashians star confirmed that she had a nose job and botox.

NOSE JOB

“For me everyone is like, ‘Oh my god, she had her third face transplant!’ I had a nose job!” she said during the KUWTK reunion.

“Everyone’s so upset, why don’t I talk about it? Nobody has ever asked me!

“You are the first person who has ever asked me about my nose in an interview. I sure gave myself injections. Not really botox. I had a terrible reaction to Botox.”

She announced in April that she got her nose job weeks before her daughter True’s first birthday in 2019.

“I got it a few weeks before True’s first birthday. I love it!” she tweeted.

Another fan tweeted the star, saying: “Worst recovery ever! I will never do it again!”

Khloe replied: “Stop!!! Mine was a breeze. That’s crazy. It was honestly so easy for me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”

CONFIDENCE ISSUES

Khloe has struggled with body image issues over the years and previously recalled being devastated as a child when she heard her mother Kris Jenner tell a friend that she needed a nose job.

Khloe told British Cosmopolitan in 2013: “Words are the most powerful weapon, they can leave scars forever.

“She didn’t mean it badly, but when I was about nine years old, I overheard my mother telling her friend that I needed a nose job.

“I was shocked, I hadn’t even thought about it. I grew into my face, but makeup artists told me, ‘You should get a nose job.’”

Back in July, fans were convinced the Good American founder has since had a second nose job, claiming her nose looked “tiny.”
