Kanye West returns to social media months after anti-Semitic tirades with bizarre post about Jonah Hill and “Jewish people”.

KANYE West has made his first post on social media in a while.
The rapper took to Instagram late at night in Los Angeles and re-posted a message that focused on Jewish people.

Kanye posted a photo of the DVD cover for the movie 21 Jump Street starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum.
The 45-year-old also included a longer caption with the image, referencing his previous anti-Semitic posts.
He wrote: “When I saw Jonah Hill at 21 Jump Street, I felt like a Jew again.
“No one should take anger at one or two people and turn it into hatred against millions of innocent people.”

He added: “No Christian can be called an anti-Semite knowing that Jesus is a Jew.
“Thank you Jonah Hill, I love you.”
Some of Kanye’s 18 million followers seemed confused or amused by the strange post.
“Bro really beat anti-Semitism with 21 Jump Street,” one joked.
Another remarked, “That’s the most blatant apology ever.”
Others, however, were less amused by Kanye’s words.
One person asked, “Man, what’s that half-hearted apology?”
Another simply said: “I’m horrified.”

Kanye’s love for Jonah Hill comes after previously deeply abusive and hurtful comments from the musician.
Back in December, Kanye glorified Hitler and the Nazis in a masked interview on Alex Jones’ far-right show Infowars.
The Infowars interview took an extraordinary turn after West – now known as Ye – said he saw “good things” in Hitler.
“I also see good things in Hitler,” he said.
“I love everyone, this guy invented autobahns, the microphone, every person has something of value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler.
“Besides, Hitler was born a Christian.”
He also praised the ruthless dictator’s party, adding: “They have also done good. We have to stop constantly dissing the Nazis.
“The Jewish media made us feel that the Nazis and Hitler never offered anything of value to the world.”
Ye said he didn’t like the way the word “evil” was associated with the Nazis.
“I love Jews, but I also love Nazis,” he said.
Ye has also embraced the “popularization” of anti-Semitism.

“No one in high school knew what anti-Semite meant until Ye popularized it,” he said.
Kanye, who shares four children with ex-wife Kim Kardashian, is now married to 28-year-old Bianca Censori.
