KAILYN Lowry has revealed she feels “humiliated” for spending thousands of her MTV money on cosmetic surgery on her face.

The Teen Mom 2 graduate admitted as much in the latest episode of her Coffee Convos podcast.

Kailyn, 30, was encouraged to speak out about her previous cosmetic procedure and the reasons behind it, while she and co-host Lindsie Chrisley, 33, answered fan questions.

A mom from the podcast’s Facebook group wrote for advice after her son asked her not to come to his Christmas dinner at his school.

After some prodding from the mother, the boy revealed the reason he doesn’t want her to come is that she’s embarrassed because she has three “conspicuous” moles on her face.

When the question ended, Kailyn said, “This hurts my heart so much.”

She continued, “If you guys go back and look at my 16 & pregnant I have a huge mole next to my nose and my whole life I’ve been taunted for it.”

The former teen mom revealed that because of the mole, she “hated it and I was so insecure.”

The 30-year-old admitted, “I used to dig and rip it off,” confessed, “I would bleed myself and pull it off because my mom wouldn’t have it removed.”

Kailyn then revealed, “I used $2000 of my 16 & pregnant money to go to a plastic surgeon.”

The TV personality explained that the birthmark “was so deep it almost went through my entire lip.

“The plastic surgeon couldn’t believe how deep it was and he was afraid it would grow back.”

Kailyn mentioned, “I was so embarrassed. I was humbled by it,” before adding, “I don’t know if my kids would have been embarrassed too, so I totally understand what she’s saying.”

HELPFUL HINT

Teen Mom fans believe Kailyn hinted at her alleged fifth child in a new TikTok with her four sons.

Speculation over the possibility that the ex-MTV star is welcoming her “secret baby” has only increased as fans continue to find clues supporting the theory.

The latest tip came after Kailyn uploaded a TikTok video titled “After School Activities” to her account on Wednesday.

The shot showed the Teen Mom alum and her three oldest boys – Isaac, 13; Lincoln, nine; and Lux, five, singing along to Lola Brooke’s Don’t Play With It.

Recorded in the reality TV star’s car, Kailyn lip-syncs “Gimmie Beso” and “Extendo” while the three boys act out each of the lyrics.

The camera is on Kailyn, a mother of four, as she recites the final line, “I carry bitches like I’m pregnant.”

The reality TV star’s choice lyrics set the post’s comments section on fire, when one person asked, “Is that the secret baby announcement?”

Another fan asked, “But where’s your secret baby!??”

A third commenter speculated, “I think there’s a brand new baby coming.”

“She just had a baby in December,” before adding “Number 5, where have you been?” adding a fourth.

While a fifth person wrote, “It’s still hiding.”

FILLED IN A BOTTLE

Kailyn was recently called out for removing a baby item from the background of a new video.

The MTV grad, who has dodged rumors she gave birth in secret, may drop another hint that she’s welcomed her fifth child.

In a video Kailyn posted to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, a person was seen snatching a baby bottle from the frame – and fans took notice.

The clip featured a shot of her fourth son, Creed, adorably testing out a pair of pink ice cream balls – freezeable wands used to massage the face and other parts of the body.

Kailyn and other voices could be heard asking the tot for feedback on the self-care tools as he rubbed the product onto his skin.

However, viewers were distracted after immediately spotting a baby bottle on the coffee table behind him.

Seconds into the video, a hand quickly grabbed the bottle from view along with other products on the table.

The clip circulated on a popular Teen Mom forum, where fans debated the mishap.

“At this point she’s trolling there’s a fifth child lets all move on,” one person commented.

“This is definitely a Medela breast pump bottle,” concluded another.

“She definitely had that person in the background move the bottle on purpose so people would notice. It’s so transparent,” suggested a third.

While others thought the bottle might have belonged to Creed as he is only two years old.

“I’m team no baby. I think Creed still has a bottle every now and then (isn’t he only two?) and that’s why they’re out here and there. Plus this little man looks 100% like his mom!” wrote one fan.

“It’s definitely intentional whether or not she has a baby,” said another.

“Kail, you’re not a Kardashian. Get over yourself,” revealed a third defendant, referring to Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian’s secret pregnancies and baby.

While a quarter said they were “weary” by the months of baby rumors surrounding the podcaster.

BABY RUMORS

Fans first wondered if Kailyn was expecting another child early last year when she started dating boyfriend Elijah Scott.

Numerous clues supported the theory that she was pregnant, including the young mother carrying a baby bump on several occasions.

Now fans believe she’s already given birth and have been flagging up the signs on social media and on her podcasts.

Late last year, Kailyn mysteriously missed recordings for her podcast Baby Mamas, No Drama, fueling speculation that her absence was intended to give birth to a child.

Her co-host Vee Rivera, 31, covered the star and claimed she’s taking time off to spend with her four sons: Isaac, Lincoln, Lux and Creed.
