Judge Puts Former Steeler Louis Lipps Into Rehabilitation Program – CBS Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Former Steeler Louis Lipps will join a rehabilitation program for first-time offenders.

This could clear his DUI charges from last year if he is successful.

Police charged 59-year-old Louis Lipps with two counts of DUI on November 6, 2021 after he crashed into a parked trailer in Mount Washington.
Court records now show that an Allegheny County Common Pleas judge placed Lipps in the expedited program.

Those in that program are supervised for up to two years provided they complete a set of court-ordered provisions.
