Jude Bellingham appoints the England FA expert to ensure dream transfer to Real Madrid is a success on and off the pitch

JUDE BELLINGHAM is doing everything to ensure his dream move to Real Madrid is a success both on and off the pitch.
The 19-year-old England star has completed his £115million transfer from Borussia Dortmund to Los Blancos and was officially unveiled on Thursday.
The close-knit Bellingham family was already in the Spanish capital looking for a home for their son.
And now they’ve hired an English Football Association official to handle things off the pitch.
The FA’s player relations head, Lewis Maddison, is set to leave the organization after Monday’s Three Lions clash with North Macedonia at Old Trafford to take up his new job as manager of Brand Bellingham.
He was hired by the family to support Bellingham in Spain. His responsibilities range from maintaining his social channels and marketing opportunities to helping with settling in.
Maddison, who is 31 and hails from Yarm, near Middlesbrough, began his career at Nike in 2011 as the company’s Football Sports Marketing Manager.
This role included managing the contractual and service relationship with the sports brand’s portfolio of football stars across the Premier League.
He left that position in 2018 to join the Football Association as senior commercial manager and worked at the World Cup in Russia over the summer when England reached the semi-finals.
Maddison, who was part of the England camp at Euro 2021, was quick to impress and was soon promoted.

He took on the role of Player Relations Lead at the FA as he began working more closely with Three Lions talent, including at the World Cup in Qatar.
Since then, Maddison has become a popular member of the England camp and has forged strong relationships with a host of players, including earning the trust of the Bellingham clan and will now travel to Spain alongside the star in the coming weeks.
